Been great for years. Still great. Somehow less customers after COVID. YOU can change that. Great coffee. Great biscuits. Salads great. Always liked what I ordered.Pet friendly porch.Vegetarian options: Not just without meat. Truly creative veg options.

Thank goodness my food was excellent because the service really slow when I came. I felt like they forgot about my table being that I came for a solo date. Nonetheless the churro waffles and westside pileup was too good. The black women that brought out my food was so kind and I appreciated her.

My fiancé and I came here after arriving to Atlanta and we only had a little bit of time before our appointment so we came to west egg for a late breakfast. The menu was somewhat small and lacked uniqueness but despite the menu being small to us the food was pretty good. They don’t have many gluten free options but I got the quinoa salad and it was light and fresh. My fiancé got the special Sandwich which was vegetarian but he said it was good too. We were definitely confused about the parking but the lot is $5 for 2 hours even if the validation didn’t work. Overall we had a good experience just wasn’t amazing.

Our server was Lavender. She was so sweet. The vibe & energy is great. The food quality is the issue. The flavor is great but we sat for almost 45 minutes to receive cold/lukewarm food. My chicken & waffle was $15 and I received 1 waffle & a slice of a chicken breast ? (not a chicken breast but a slice of one). The mimosas were good.

Finally got around to trying this place out and I was disappointed in the experience. The food was ok but the worst was the customer service. When we walked in, the hostess was sitting there eating and acted as if we interrupted her dining experience while she grabbed our menus with the same hands she was just eating with. We get seated and the waitress grabs our coffee (doesn't even ask us if we want refills). Definitely won't be returning.

The Peachtree plate is my absolute favorite! It’s the pimiento cheese grits and fried green tomatoes for me! Other favorites are the black bean cakes and banana bread French toast. They have amazing drinks too.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options on the brunch menu. The black bean cakes are amazing!Parking: The garage is the best place, generally pretty cheap!Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available along with crayons and paper but no kids menu.

This is an A1 experience. The parking is paid and tight spaces. We had a 15 minute wait not bad.It was my second visit I took my boys.Grace was our waiter. She was helpful and busy lol. They give you enough silverware and napkins. You don't even have to ask.We had Westside pill up a great choice.Banana bread French toast was okay not bad. Probably wouldn't purchase again. The pancakes are very fluffy. My grand boy loved them and sugar bacon yummy! The fries green tomatoes is a YES! Dressed and plated to perfection and flavorful. I had a side of pepper jelly which I love. The pimento cheese omelet is okay. It lacks a little flavor but I get it. It was okay though.Strawberry and pineapple mimosa taste like champagne only but okay.Banana pudding NAH, Birthday cupcake yummy, cocoa cola cupcake no, and snickerdoodle cupcake yummy!Definitely a place to visit.

West Egg is a quintessential Atlanta gem, a cozy diner that exudes warmth and charm from the moment you walk through the door. With its retro-inspired decor and friendly atmosphere, it's a place where memories are made and cravings are satisfied.During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of indulging in the Churro Waffles—a delightful twist on a classic favorite. These waffles were a true treat for the taste buds, with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior that perfectly captured the essence of a churro. Each bite was a symphony of cinnamon and sugar, leaving me craving more long after the plate was empty. But the nostalgia doesn't end there. The Blue Plate special is a beloved tradition at West Egg, offering a taste of home-cooked comfort food that never fails to disappoint. From the tender meatloaf to the creamy mashed potatoes and gravy, every bite is a reminder of simpler times and cherished family meals. To accompany my meal, I opted for the Blueberry Matcha Latte—a unique and refreshing beverage that perfectly balanced sweetness with earthy undertones. The vibrant blueberry flavor paired beautifully with the subtle bitterness of the matcha, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that awakened the senses and left me feeling invigorated. But beyond the delicious food and beverages, what truly sets West Egg apart is the sense of community and camaraderie that permeates the space. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you're welcomed with open arms and treated like family. The staff is always warm and attentive, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated. In conclusion, West Egg is more than just a diner—it's an experience. From the mouthwatering Churro Waffles to the nostalgic Blue Plate specials and innovative beverages like the Blueberry Matcha Latte, every visit is a journey of culinary discovery and heartfelt hospitality. Whether you're craving comfort food or looking to try something new, West Egg is sure to delight your senses and leave you feeling satisfied.
