I'm a new Whataburger convert. The place is clean. The employees are attentive. And while the service is a little slow, I know I'm getting a fresh burger and fries (and the breakfast burger is great). I guess you can either complain about the wait, or compromise on freshness.
Also, I use the app before I get there. It minimizes the wait; and even better, they continually send me deals!!
I'm definitely coming back. Probably repeatedly. All the complainers should remember, this is still just a fast food, burger joint.

Parking: The parking lot is exactly what you'd hope for in a fast food parking lot.

Waited 16 minutes for the simplest sandwich on the menu, asked for a refund and the lady at the counter went to the back and grabbed my food and ignored my request for a refund. If it’s “been” ready why ain’t nobody “been”brought it to me? I definitely won’t be returning. I don’t recommend any food from here because it’s gonna take to long for anybody to get it. Burger was plain with no flavor too, also the lettuce is old I just took it all off because of how brown it was, might not eat this burger actually

The food is good, if you don’t mind waiting. Ordered two breakfast biscuit and it took me 30 mins. For fast food. This is the second time. Won’t be coming back unless I’m in the mood to wait.

This place is just like Chick-Fil-A, except the total opposite. Place my order in line, wait 20 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me to be served, get to the window and the girl working informs me they don't have an order with my name on it. Do I have a copy of my receipt, no, and I'm not driving back around again for another 30-minute fiasco. I can't tell if they were just happy that they ripped me off $10 and that is their business model or if they have defined a new level of incompetence. Can't see this place lasting 6 months, not an employee who remotely cares or any management visible. I'm not even upset they ripped me off, I just can't stop laughing thinking about the fool who wasted money on a franchise fee for that place.

There was a bit of a wait at the speaker to order as well as at the window to pay, but the employee did apologize for the wait. A drop had to be made is the reason for my wait. She was very thorough and repeated my order and didn't seem bothered when I corrected her about my drink which was entered incorrectly. They seem to be very invested in the cost for additional sauces. I overheard her tell the gentleman in the car ahead of me that she could not waive the fee for additional sauces and did not want to risk losing her job. This seems extreme, so may or may not have been the truth.

Issues I encountered outside of the wait time to order, pay, and receive food would be:

1. Onion rings do not include a dipping sauce, so making a separate payment for the sauce was required. I didn't not necessarily agree with paying for a sauce to enjoy my purchase, but didn't make a fuss.

2. Strangely enough my fries were on the colder side considering how busy the drive thru seemed (about 4 cars ahead of me when I arrived).

3. The guacamole that I added to my sandwich seems to have been slapped on as opposed to being spread since it was only on the back side of the sandwich and in the wrapper.

4. I asked for grilled onions on my sandwich, but did not receive any.

Every time I come here I am always waiting over 20 minutes. I even DoorDash in this area and the wait times are ridiculous. Today my fiancé and I went through drive thru. The only reason is because going inside is a waste of time. We ordered and checked the bag when we pulled off and his sandwich was made wrong. We parked and he went inside. The workers there act like they done wanna be at work which I understand, but management needs to get that taken care of. If the food is made per order I would understand the wait but the workers don’t know how to communicate. When he finally got someone to help they didn’t say anything and brought the food to the back. When someone finally came out with his remake it was wrong again! So he talked to the manager and then they finally made it right. Something’s gotta give at this location. At this point I rather go to the kennesaw location.

Went through the drive through literally 15 minutes ago I ordered a burger and we told them 4 different times NO PICKLES, I’m allergic. The sticker on the burger says there’s no pickles… guess what I bit into a swallowed on my second bite? A FREAKING PICKLE.

On my 2nd visit, 11-7-24 at midnight, the Hostess Delia was very pleasant & communicative with everyone.
I really appreciate her poise, sincerity, & interaction with each customers' orders!

Super cold the cheese is still hard not melted at all. Forgot all condiments. Awful experience . Will share same bad review on google, yelp and every other site. Cause this is awful. Fries cold and onion rings. Brand new business and already 2.7. Hopefully they’ll go out of business like the other places in that space

Every time I go here I wait in the drive thru line for 25 minutes sometimes over 30 minutes. The Burger price vs the meal price is outrageous/ worse prices in all of fast food businesses in the area. Customer service is the downfall to this location.

More fame than anything else. The burgers don't have much flavor, the chips were cold, it's expensive. I wouldn't go back. I have known better places, with better food and cheaper.
