Being a Former Texan that loves Whataburger, this was extremely disappointing. I drive a truck around the country. I wanted a little snack. Limited time offer….. Chicken Fajitas Taco. Before I say anything else, the flavors were amazing. Portion size was great. They double paper wrap your taco. She brings out the tray and the grease is everywhere!!! Unbelievable that someone would bring that to a table, let alone leave the kitchen. I unwrapped it and just looked at it. I got up and asked for a different tortilla. I personally remade my taco. No one asked what was wrong, was there a problem nothing. It’s pretty sad you pay good money for food and this is what comes out.

I've never had issues with my food but the wait is usually something to be desired. It's still not going to stop me from coming back especially on those occasional late night runs.
Great burger, cooked perfectly and the fries were crisp n fresh n hot. Friendly staff and so patient. Haven't been to one since I was a kid.

I do not leave one star reviews often, let alone for a fast food restaurant but this place seems to always have issues. Even using the app to order ahead it took them over 30 minutes to bring my food out to me and the girl who brought it out was super weird and didn’t say a single word to me. When I opened the bag, the sandwich wasn’t even wrapped and the fries were dumped into the bag upside down so I had to dig through oily fries to get to my sandwich .
It does not take a rocket scientist to wrap a sandwich and place fries in securely and correctly without spilling them. Let alone upside down.
