Food was hot, the wait was a bit long for only two cars in the drive through, but still acceptable. The lady who gave me my order didn’t even look at me and practically tossed the bag into my lap before shutting the window.

Terrible service. Girl behind the counter scowled when I asked for my drink cup, then plucked it across the countertop with her finger. Have to beg for everything - napkins, ketchup. They keep it all in the back and make you ask. And wait. Oh, the waiting. My food was somewhat quick after ordering at the counter, if not napkin-less, ketchup-less. My friend ordered with the app and they seemed to never have heard of the order. A chicken sandwich, it took another 11 minutes for his chicken sandwich to emerge - after I had my food. This experience has been terrible and seems systemic, so neither of us will be coming back.
