not a fan. gave this place multiple tries. minus a star for accuracy. minus a star for speed. minus a star because the app rewards haven’t worked for 5 years and counting. and minus a star bc the menu pictures do not match what you actually get. for example if you order the caprese (vegetarian sub) it will come with a nice fat slice of fresh mozzarella pesto and tomato. that’s the whole sandwich. except, alas, they only have a skinny processed slice of packaged mozzarella cheese and charge you $9

Usually love this place but this location is terrible. Barely any tuna on the sub and no cheese despite paying extra. Both sandwiches looked like bread and lettuce only!

I'm a regular at which wich the midtown location and I've never had a bad sandwich. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially Ricky , and the food is always top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great sandwich."Vegetarian options: Black bean avocado sandwich, also they have BYO (Build You Own) so anyone can Build their own sandwiches, I would recommend Black bean avocado.

I must say my experience at this restaurant called which wich was magnificent. I can’t accurately express how great the customer service was. I was greeted warmly from the moment I walked in the door, it was very clean and organized. I was unsure of what my stomach was making of my appetite, but to say the least the young guy preparing my sandwich asked the perfect questions to help guide me in the right direction. It ended up being the best build your own sandwich concoction I’ve ever tasted. Lastly, I tried to personally offer a tip to the manager and he refused and suggested I take my two little girls for ice cream being it was a beautiful day outside. What a wonderful experience this was, I will be back shortly. Thank you Which wich staff for such an awesome experience!!Vegetarian options: yes they do have some veggie options but the best thing is you can customize your sandwich the staff calls BYO (build your own) and you just ask Any worker to help you out.

NEVER AGAIN!!Not only did they not include the chips and juice box that came with the kid's meal; but the food looked and tasted terrible! The kid's grilled cheese sandwich had one small slice of cheese that could barely be seen; and the lettuce and tomatoes on the cold subs were soggy and disgusting.

I honestly love Which Wich but this location is just sheisty! I ordered a sandwich, fries, a regular drink and a bottle of water. I was never given a drink cup so I had to wait in line a second time to ask for a cup that I had paid for and should have been handed. I never received the fries I paid for. They are sheisty and just being lazy. Horrible example of a which wich which is a shame because they are normally awesome.

Positive: the sandwich was fine, nothing great and certainly not worth over 12 bucks but fine. The people w working seemed to be trying but the negatives outweighed the positives for us. negative: Fruit flies inside made it hard to eat without being bothered, no ice in the drink machine and only warm sodas available. Very dirty bathroom... the deal breaker for me and unacceptable. Made me question the cleanliness.
