I enjoyed this cozy bar on the top floor of the hotel colee. There's no real messaging in the lobby to help you find the restaurant. It's on the top floor through the hotel elevator.
The experience is defined by occupancy. When I first arrived the place was quiet with warm appointments and furnishings. I appreciated subtle seasonal touches. The drinks were fantastic.
After some groups of friends or business acquaintances came in, the character of the place was a bit noisier with more energy and service slowed a little.
I enjoyed it overall and would return.
Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian dishes. I especially like the tri-color cauliflower.
Parking: There is the hotel valet and there's also the hotel parking garage which is discount paid parking. The hotel that this bar is a part of is tucked in off an alleyway so you're not going to see it or find it straight from the street.
Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid-friendly location as while it serves food at its base, it's a bar.
Lex is by far the best mixologist we have seen in years and a master of great vibes combined with amazing skill that led to an amazing night for our whole party. Thanks Lex you are the best.

I tried to proactively book a section for my 33rd birthday. Management does not respond to emails! Very poor customer service. I had to call the hotel 50 times to get someone on the line. My birthday was on a Friday night, it was pretty empty when I got there but it never picked up. I paid over $500 for a section and it was empty the entire night. The server kept disappearing. There was a DJ but he kept playing old 2000’s music. I do not recommend coming here for special event it’s expensive and you never know if it’s going to be lively or dead.

I visited here for a 40th birthday party. Beautiful elegant ambiance. Modern chic feel. The door security was nice and helpful. The bartenders at the actual bar were a bit rude and unenthusiastic. We decided to sit on the patio because it was a beautiful night, and lucky for us, we had an upbeat joyful server, Alexis. She took great care of us the remainder of the evening, and we had an amazing time. The menu was very limited, and I'm not sure if it's always like that or if it was for the event? Either way, it's a great spot to have a cocktail on the rooftop. Great dj as well.

@bacardi had a wonderful complimentary tasting at @roseandrye.atl. They cultivated a rum room and the ambiance was great. They had tasty snacks and a great tasting menu. As you can tell the Old Cuban was my favorite cocktail; modeled after the French 75. I tried my first Espresso drink and I’m not a fan. But the shots of classic daiquiri was chefs kiss. I don’t drink rum often but I will definitely be adding Bacardi Reserva Ocho to my collection.

This place has gone into the toilet since it switched from Whiskey Blue. Me and my boyfriend went in for a night cap and our server Dominique never greeted us after we’d been sitting for over 10 mins, so we assumed we go to the bar and order for ourselves. Dominique then approached my bf at (not behind) the bar and says “what can I get you”. He orders the margarita pizza, jack and coke and a “Crémant” (their sparkling rose per menu). After almost 15mins we received our drinks and my sparkling brut rose was a still rose. I wait for her to come back she doesn’t, so my bf brings the wine to the bar and the bartender tells him they don’t have any sparkling rose. My bf comes back to ask me what I want and I go to the bar and ask the bartender what he has while I’m doing so Dominique approaches me and rude and condescendingly tells me “we don’t got that”, I say ok well your menu has a brut rose, she says they have Prosecco I say ok I don’t see it on your menu but which rose did you serve me? She points to the more expensive still rose. I was irritated then at the fact that she did not acknowledge miss serving us and also up-charged us without our knowledge. On top of that her entire demeanor and attitude was rude and unwelcoming. Finally we request the check which she does not show us 1st*** and I have to go get the check from her at the bar, I see we’re charged gratuity and immediately I ask for the manager as the service we received (or lack there of) was negative!! She then proceeds to make rude comments as I let the manager know exactly what happened because on top of what I recounted she also never checked on us nor did she bring us napkins or plates for our food. The manager Shamar was out of it, and kept repeating that he apologized for the lack of service and hoped we’d be back. Meanwhile Dominique continues to make comments so I address her directly saying you were rude to me about the wine and as I stated did not provide any service, while I’m speaking she throws up her hand and walks off. Shamar never interjected when his employee continued to act inappropriately. In fact the manager clearly set the tone for the entire staff by acting as though he were somewhere in the clouds rather than projecting a cohesive work environment. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL service encounter I have ever experienced!
