Not the best pho I’ve had, but it’s OK.

The food was amazing!! The atmosphere is awesome, though the music is just a tad loud, but it’s nothing that detracts from the restaurant! There seems to be only one woman holding down the place but she has a great attitude and is very attentive! Would go again!

Came late night on a Sunday and was impressed with the service Ryan provided
Drinks were perfect and food was pretty okay for the time of night.
Will come again, only if Ryan is working

Honestly such a bad restaurant. Waited 30 minutes to get our order taken, he’s rushing us to finish ordering like snapping his fingers as if we weren’t been patient for them. Takes another 10 minutes to get waters. Brings us spring rolls without peanut sauce, is mad at us that we just don’t want it without the sauce. While putting the plates down he slammed them so hard my friends water almost fell over. Comes back another 10 minutes later to tell us they’re out of what we ordered. Is again mad at us that we just want to leave at that point. I’m glad the servers feel so secure in their auto gratuity that they give such poor service.

A few friends and I decided to walk in here after hanging around little five for a bit. BIG mistake. They were out of all the specialty drinks, conveniently out of all the cheaper menu items, and charged me for a meal i didn’t end up recieving. Prices were crazy expensive (9 dollars for two crab rangoons?) and they had the audacity to charge us an automatic 20% gratuity. Waiter was lowkey rude to us, and got upset when I didn’t tip even more. Constant flashing lights, loud and glitchy music, funky smell. Not a great place, wouldn’t recommend unless you are like CRAZY inebriated.

So huge mistake thinking we’d eat Pho here… long story short - this is a club / bar with food when you’re starving at 2am and having too much fun to know the difference.

3 different items no longer available, 30+ min waiting for normal pho, and lemonade was actually sweet and sour from the bar… the summer roll looked worse than what I made for the 1st time at cooking class and it was made with 80% 1+ day old noodles (cold and kinda stale) and shrimp was rubbery. The vibe was definitely club-like but at 1pm. So…. Needless to say - NOT family friendly, NOT hunger friendly, and we will not be back.

I gave it one star because i couldn’t give them zero. First of all, we ordered shrimp summers rolls with one day old noodles and over cooked shrimp. Mind you, the spring rolls looked nothing like the photos, and had way too many noodles. We then ordered drinks to later be informed that they were out of the Thai tea, so we ordered refreshers, which they were also out of, and then we ordered lemonade, but when they came out one was sprite and one was sour mix from the bar that tasted horrible. After that, our server came out to tell us that they were out of meatballs, so we just cancelled that order. We had already been waiting for about 30 minutes for pho and pho should not take that long to make. We were already running out of time so we ended up canceling our orders. Overall, the atmosphere was good if you like sticky floors, loud music, bad bathrooms, and wobbly tables. I wouldn’t even call this a restaurant. At this point, it’s a club.

I love Pho so I had to go check this place out! Upon walking up to the door, my waitress was standing outside then walked in behind us and directed us to our table. I immediately knew what I want cause I already checked the menu out before I came. I asked for the “Pho the love of money” and inform my waitress that I do not eat beef, chicken or pork and I would like it to be made with vegetable broth. She mentioned OK that’s fine. They don’t make it report. I can get you taken care of when the food came out. I started eating it and my stomach start hurting so I stopped eating it. Then I asked her what kind of broth is this? She said beef. I immediately got mad. 😡 I said I mentioned to you that I would like it to get made with vegetable broth and she looked lost she apologized, but at that point, I was angry and upset on top of all the condiments look as if they added water to them to stretch it out. I have never seen Sriracha watery. I also got a taco. It was average to be honest, I will never go back to that place. 🦐Lack of flavor, waitress clueless, gratuity is outrageous, water down sauce bottles. On TOP of I ate BEEF when I asked to make the dish with vegetables broth and I have not ate beef in over 6 years. 🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️Now im spending my Saturday morning blowing chunks everywhere! I’m highly upset! Definitely not going back 👎🏽

I have to give them the benefit of the doubt because we came in 21 deep unexpectedly and they only had one waiter. The place had about 8 people there already. He got slammed all of sudden so it took forever for home to seat us. However, once he was able to take people's order, the food came out pretty quickly. The kitchen staff did come out to help at that point. Everyone who had or got food, appeared to really enjoy it so that's why I give the food a 3. Unfortunately, because it took so long to get seated, I was unable to stay and therefore did not order food. The prices were reasonable and I was looking forward to a particular platter. The atmosphere was great, the music being played was a vibe. We will try it again another time so I can try the platter. ☺️
