Let me start by saying the concept is beautiful. The food was decent, but not my kind of food. The drinks were a bit disappointing; hot chocolate wasn't hot enough and other cocktails were subpar at best. The service could definitely be improved.

The Igloo idea is great, the execution..not so much. The food was just ok... although it's really hors d'oeuvres so don't expect a heavy dinner. The food had to be kept outside and we had to go and grab it. The drinks were terrible, we waited almost 2 hours for a punch and had to send it back. The hot chocolate was more like cold chocolate. The overall experience could be better. Such a nice concept but very poor execution.

We made reservations for the outside section and we had a mostly negative experience. I saw online about sitting in an igloo which sounded great but turns out it's 85 bucks a head so we were left in a very cold table instead. Our server was clearly not ready to open as the manager took over for her almost immediately. My drink was fine but my partner ordered a warm drink that was delivered cold twice. At least they refunded it. Also you have to park across the street which is a bit inconvenient. Left as fast as we could.

The setting was great, went there for an Atlanta Leardership alumni event. Met some great people who love the city of Atl. The service provided was excellent for the event, the staff was great. Valet parking was quick. It's all they have there, just an FYI.

So, they are allowing dogs at the bar as though a paying patron?
One word to describe this;GROSS.
Utilized the valet parking for an event on yesterday and Daniel was so wonderful & pleasant! Kudos to you Daniel! Thank you!
They do not honor your reservations nor do they call to tell you that they closed “because it was slow”. Listen to the other reviews because we didn’t. Will not be returning.
Reservations here are useless. Before going I did read the reviews and there were many one star reviews because of reservation issues. However my mom had reserved it for her birthday so I put my doubts aside. We called ahead asking for a spot near the fire pit, they never told us it was first come first serve, they just said yes. When we get there we say we have a reservation and the girl at the bar says she can’t see that information and there’s no hostess. Despite calling the only fire pit was taken, and we weren’t dressed for the weather with no heat source. We sat for a while with no one even bringing us a menu. Finally we get a menu but another 20 minutes passed without even having our drinks taken before deciding to leave. We were only one of 2 parties in the whole place at 7pm on a Saturday, so that’s very telling.
Terrible service, food was so burnt you couldn't eat it. Server had to be chased down for everything. Awful

The food is great will go back again
Such a gem! I was there with my family and we loved everything, the food, the wine, everything! Can’t wait to go back!
Absolutely great spot! Wish they were open later during the week but would absolutely recommend and visit again
Made a reservation on January 19th for February 14 a week ago I was asked to confirm which I did. I reserved an igloo. Now yesterday I get a message saying ny time isn't available anymore. Who does that? On top of that I can't get anyone on the phone or through email.
Rented the igloo. The experience was “meh.” The ambiance was nice, but i was completely disappointed in the “heat” provided. I was under the impression that this would be a heated igloo. It was a very cold igloo with a nice sized candle. It was very cold and we simply weren’t able to enjoy the igloo. We were in our big coats the entire time snuggled up. We stayed for less than an hour and went home. Not to mention, there’s absolutely nothing great about the menu.
