Willy's Mexicana Grill

Ms. Tracy is a jewel. Her service was amazing and her kind smile makes you feel welcome. I live quite far and we don't have a Willy's. Stopping by on the way home really made me remember why I loved it so much before I moved so far away from one. Ms. Tracy brought back kind memories for me. She's a keeper!

I stopped by this Willy’s location today and the service was absolutely horrible! As I walked up to give my order, the employee had an AirPod in one ear speaking to someone on the phone. Could barely hear me or the person in front of me giving our orders. As I got the end of the line the female employee had a pretty bad attitude. I asked for queso and her response was “that’s ordered at the front of the line”. Another employee in the moment asked me if I would like pico, sour cream and I said yes. The pico was not placed on my plate, the female employee said “oh you wanted it” to which I responded it’s fine. As I was scooping sauce onto my plate the female employee walked to me and threw the pico bowl on my plate and said “here” and walked away. Another incident occurred where I asked for a cup for water, the female employee huffed and slammed the water cup on the counter. The manager at the location is very sweet though! Hopefully can get a better team.

Update:
Very interesting that after I leave a review two more reviews follow within a spam of two hours. Really shouldn’t have your own employees/their friends write a good biased review after to cover your tracks…but oh well.

the cashier was the absolute best, she was very sweet, and enthusiastic. a quite tall man helped me out also, he was very polite and helpful as well.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the tall young woman stood out for her exceptional manners and helpful attitude. The other employee was impressively quick and attentive, making sure everything with the food was perfect. Together, they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

This is the only Willy’s that I like going to in all of metro Atlanta!! The food is always cooked right and prepared accordingly for you. Most of all, the staff is super professional and pleasant whenever I go there.

Great food. Customer service is always 10/10. Disappointed they replaced the red peppers with pickled onions sadly. Hope they can bring them back!

Presentation, taste, price excellent. Only thing I noticed is there was an over abundance of bell pepper in relation to ratio of chicken and it’s ok to give a full serving of chicken for $15 at least half a breast for the burrito combo
