Everyone here needs better training on how to fold a burrito. No one gets it right at all and dinner becomes a huge mess.

I shouldn't have to instruct any employee how to fold one but I guess I have to:

Using the tortilla, arrange all toppings so they form a line between 3 and 9 o'clock positions and leave some room on each side .
Fold in the 3 and 9 o'clock edges about one or two inches inside. Take the 6 o'clock side and fold upwards just to cover the toppings. Then, tuck underneath said toppings and then roll upwards. ITS NOT HARD. At no point should the 3 and 9 sides touch because then it'll just fall apart!

This location is a hit or miss. Becoming more of a miss. When it’s busy, it’s chaos. Food gets cold while you wait. Salsa station is a mess and dirty. And forget about asking any questions. You just get a stare and no response. It’s too bad because the food isn’t too bad.

I have known this place for years but today I ran into an employee who treated me very despotically, I am an ATC specialist which in English would be CX which stands for customer experience and this day the experience was very bad that has a lot of influence In the way you serve the food you can be a franchise but he did it so reluctantly that I even disliked the food.

Food is always good and the service had been good until I saw this one older lady. seeing her being nasty to her coworkers first time was bad enough, the second time she kept insisting she doesn’t have my order. She kept saying “nope I don’t have your name”. After several back and forth and I explain to her that I do have confirmation, she said “I was kidding”. It’s just off- I didn’t find it funny.

Its absolutely one my favorites! I love it because it's within walking distance. Sometimes they close late at night. The atmosphere is very good energetic.

I had an amazing experience at this location! Jeremy, showed leadership on a very busy day by stepping in to help with his friendly service and very knowledge of the menu items and super fast but accurate service. That guy needs his own location one day soon!

The Mexican food was slappin and chicken sandwich and tenders were on point. Lemonade got me right. If I'm ever back in Atlanta I'm stopping at willy's
