The Chastain Road location in Kennesaw, GA is the worst! The protein was inedible, overcooked, charred, and hard. When I entered the store, there was a "burn" smell in the air. When I asked the young man behind the counter what had burned, he lied and said it was the burrito iron. Clearly, it turned out to be the protein that I had ordered, which was piled high, so it was recently restocked. No one should be served food in this condition, and the college kids who man this location don't care. I usually avoid this location, and this confirms why I do!

very busy because of DRAGON CON,but got thru line fast and was great expierence ,mrs. tracy was so full of energy and very helpful
We had dinner here late during a convention and they were more than accommodating to the crowd! Rhonda was especially and kind and hospitable, and made everyone laugh. The staff was having a great time being playful with the customers who were cosplaying, and made us feel so welcome. We come here every year 🖤

I’d like to report two troubling incidents involving Manager Kena at On she spoke very loudly in front of customers with foul language directed towards her staff, which was disruptive and unprofessional. On another occasion when an employee gave me a scoop of chicken, she commented it was too large and removed the scoop from my bowl in front of others, which felt rude and disrespectful. I’m requesting that this be reviewed and appropriate steps be taken to prevent recurrence. Please let me know how this will be addressed. Thank you.

Today was our first time eating at Willie’s. We ate at the location on Woodward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. It was very good. We both got the taco salad with ground beef and it was just it was so good. It was so very good. We both got guacamole on top of our taco salad. I wish we had gotten a separate order of guacamole because it was good. It was all very good. The managers name was Charlie. He was just a very nice man, a good manager, the people that work there seem to be very happy with their jobs, which I believe is important to the success of the restaurant. We are about 40 miles from our home so I’m not sure we will ever make it back here, but I’m going to look for a closer location because the food is just that good.
