Every time I come to this location, the employees are so nice & the food is super fresh! I appreciate the freshness, the cleanliness & the kindness of the employees. The price is usually less expensive or comparable to a fast food restaurant, but I feel like I’m being so much healthier choosing Willy’s. Just go get a burrito from this Willy’s, you know you want it. Thanks for all you do guys!!

I enjoy dining at Willie‘s semi regularly. It’s usually an enjoyable experience. I’m next-door at the salon loft and number three and myself and other workers here enjoy their lunch semi regularly. They do not serve margaritas.

Willy's is not what it once was, and this location exemplifies the decline. Every time I go, the place is completely understaffed. I end up waiting 5-10 minutes before anyone even so much as makes eye contact with me. They seem to be flooded with to-go orders for Doordash and chronically under-staffed.

They also seem to have completely lost the knowledge of how to make a burrito. Burritos should not be wider than they are long. They fall apart when eating because they're overstuffed. Unless you want to eat tin foil, you simply cannot eat this burrito as intended.

They're also bizarrely inconsistent with toppings. If you order a Frito Burrito, you cannot add cheese to it without an upcharge. Other burritos, sure, you can get cheese, but not the Frito Burrito. This seems to be a corporate policy, so isn't specific to this location, but it's still annoying.

Really, the only reason to go is the chips. If only I could get this quality of chips somewhere else, I'd never have to come back to this place.

The Antonio Due provided me with supreme customer service. I don’t expect much from fast service food chains just because of post pandemic symptoms, but they blew me away.

Great conversation, pleasant attitudes and I just felt seen. Lol that’s called going above the standard. This establishment has some great workers. Be grateful for them because it’s hard finding quality workers.

I was extremely sick after eating from here. I like Willy’s but I will never eat at this location again.

All the employees, except for the cashier, seem miserable. It’s not surprising that they don’t take food safety seriously.
