I love Willy's and I recently moved but thankfully there's a Willy's super close. I also noticed the manager Graham is at my new home location and he is a great guy, always very nice and he helps me decide what I want to eat! Was always great to see him at the Decatur location!

I love Willy's. I stopped at this location and was pleasantly surprised to find the manager here was Graham! He used to be at a different location. The young man who helped me, Pedro, was very nice and helpful. The store was clean, the food was awesome, the salsa bar ROCKED and the crew was wonderful!

Order a steak bowl online, received no steak. Went to get a refund. The manager said they processed it waited a few days to give it time, but it never happened.

My coworkers and I walk over fairly often. I love their sweet heat chicken tenders with a side of mac and cheese. Only downside is how long it takes for the food to be prepared.

What you get depends on the employee and their attitude that day. I live nearby and like to come in for a couple tenders when I want a snack. However today, I was served two tenders (no bigger than chik - fila’s next door), one lousy piece of bread, one pickle chip, and no sauce for almost $7. When I realized I had not been given sauce, I was told snarkily that it’s not included even though it has been for me countless time before. The food was good, but not worth the price point for the portion and the attitude from the staff.
