Omg I can't believe I ordered a 10 piece Wing combo & 1 kids meal an received all drums no flavor and soggy/greasy fries and a sprite with styrofoam in it. My first time eating there was great with the older cook but this 2nd time made me never want to eat out again. I think they need to change the cook and they're old grease smh.

I dont know why customer service has gone down. These people are rude here. The food is not that good. Their fries are trash. I have gone here for the last time. I am going to have to go eat on the Northside of town. Not to say Northside dont have some with attitudes, but i have received better service on that side of town. It seems that many people are mad they have to work.

I was trying to call the order in and I called several times. Once I pulled up he stated that he was the only working so that’s why he wasn’t answering. Even though I saw other people coming in and out of the back door. It was pretty fast. But the food was very mid. I ordered extra hot with lemon pepper. And it taste like to much lemon pepper and just a little hot not extra hot like I asked.

I had a twenty piece combo with sweet and sour and lemon pepper split with fries and a drink. Fresh and cooked to perfection, my colleague told me that he has been a customer close to twenty years.

I went here a few times for fish. The first time was successful. My second time I was told it would be 40 mins because they would have to unthaw it. So the next time I thought I would call just to check first. The number does not work to this business they have it posted as if it does and when asked about it , they point to the number and say well the number does work! My third time they only do it during certain hours because an employee is allergic. They play to many games at this location save a trip if you looking to get fish.

As long as that lady with the bad attitude and burnt up hands working there I can’t go back. Customer service terrible and I’ve been eating here since they opened. The old guys that were here need to come back until then I can’t come support. This was my favorite wing spot. I loved getting that nuclear sauce but until she is off or not there I can’t stand for it. She refuses to even take my order. It’s the 3rd time so if my guys see this let me know when she is not there and I’ll come support
