if i could give no stars I would I had to wait 15 minutes when I called 40 minutes prior to arriving and still had to wait no reason why I just paid $18 for a 10 piece combo and still had to wait 15 minutes prior 40 minutes ago This is the third time is happening and a staff change Need to happen.

We have been coming to the Wing Depot since 2018. We are out of Charlotte and everytime we have a job in Atlanta we stop by the Wing Depot and I get 20 wings (10 Dirty Birds and 10 Sweet Tai Chili's) with onion rings. Then I get 100 for the road and have some during the rest of the week. The crew also does the same thing. So if you are ever near this establishment, please do yourself a favor and try this hidden gem.

Poor customer service. They reheat old fries in their fryer and serve them to their customers.and they don’t do go business. I haven’t ate here in years and my first experience in a long time will be my last. I wouldn’t suggest going here if you’re looking for quality food to eat. They gave me something I didn’t order and wouldn’t correct it. I left the food. Their prices on their menu don’t match what they charge you, and they act like they’re being bothered when you place an order. The worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time.

It’s been awhile since I been here & usually the wings are great. I bought a 20 pc combo for $27.77 I was hungry too. I eat the wings and they are so nasty like bad taste bad smell idk what the heck they doing but I even let my father taste it he threw them out. I pray I don’t get sick because it was horrible. Now I’m mad I wasted my money

The food was ok. Nothing I’ll come back to. What killed it for me was the poor service of the customer service ppl. It’s like you going there to buy food but you’re the one bothering them.

The wings are good, but the customer service sucks! I ordered over the phone, I said thank you and she just hung up the phone. I picked up my order and I said thank you once again and she just closed the window. There needs to be a class on customer service.
