Just fantastic. Best wings in Atlanta. Perfectly fried and hot sauces are to die for. Hot ranch is the best and lemon pepper dry a close second. Service is attentive. Can’t recommend it enough

First time here: The food was good and decent priced. Came out super fast. The bartender walked past me 3 times without seeing me & ignored me the first 2 times I said something to her. Mind you it was not full. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but She wasn’t friendly. talked the man’s ear off who was sitting next to me. I only did 3 stars in service because the lady that brought me my food, short red ish hair, was very kind. Bartender could learn some things. She did not check on me one time. Would probably just do pickup next time.

Had a great, personalized, welcoming experience from the Staff, specifically Evan. She talks kind of slow, but we are in the South, and she’s service and humor with a smile. The locals were cool and friendly, specifically Chris from Norcross, very chatty and informative, and the wings were delicious and served super quick, before I finished ordering them. I’d highly recommend and endorse a visit soon. Ask for Evan and try to meet Chris! Great human beings!!

This was my first time ever dining at this restaurant. The wings were fresh, tasty, and affordable. Our server was good when it came to explaining the items on the menu. I rated the service as 4 stars because of the extra charge for a small container of ranch/blue cheese dressing. Also, whenever we asked for napkins, the server would bring out a few napkins at a time. It’s almost as if he was being stingy with the napkins (inserts eye roll). I mean, we are eating wings with our fingers so a lot of napkins are needed! Overall, I enjoyed my meal and I would probably check out another Wing Factory in the future. One that will NOT be stingy with their napkins and will NOT charge an extra 50 cents just for a small container of ranch/blue cheese dressing!

The service here is HORRIBLE! Beware of how they treat you here.
I went in to order a lunch special that I’ve gotten before and enjoyed. I was initially told the order couldn’t be placed online but had to be done in person, which was fine. I’ve done this twice before, ordered in person, and taken my food to go during my lunch break without any issues.
However, when I tried to order again, a lady told me I wasn’t allowed to take the food out of the building. This made no sense. I asked to speak to the owner, who came over and explained that the lunch special is meant to attract dine-in customers. I explained that, being on a lunch break, I didn’t have time to dine in. Instead of showing any hospitality or trying to accommodate my situation, the owner just stuck to the policy and sent me away with no food.
I ended up going somewhere else with better service and more understanding of customer needs. This experience was horrible, and I will not be returning. If you’re looking for poor service and a lack of consideration for customers, this is the place to go. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

First thing one of my niece's wings was raw on the inside so check your wings.
Time you say my hero rap that I got was not the real deal. Chicago style gyro rap it was a frozen gyro pieces that sauteed I guess on the grill if you're expecting a real Greek style gyro that's not what you're going to get here, so just expect it and prepare for it.
