Placed an order to go, service and food delivery was relatively fast all though cashier was a little lost (probably her first few days) food was nothing special, I don’t really understand the name “wing factory” it taste like any other mediocre wing spot. The environment behind the cashier looks dead and just gives a bad vibes. Looks like a good spot to just have a few drinks and watch sport games. Other than that, it is very mid.

Long story short I go to this place ALL the time, last week my order wasn’t right… I didn’t have enough wings, they weren’t fried hard( like I requested) and no fries were in the box. I called spoke to a manager abt it she stated my order would be free. Called back to get that promise redeemed an it wasn’t honored. The general manager Luis gave me such a hard time about it I decided I’m never going back there. It was disgusting how he spoke. I will make sure we never eat here again at home an at work. No Way! Super rude…..

I took my family to eat and they gave us terrible service they took a long time to attend to us we called all the waiters and no one attended us we left very upset with the service also the wings had a strange taste

First time here: The food was good and decent priced. Came out super fast. The bartender walked past me 3 times without seeing me & ignored me the first 2 times I said something to her. Mind you it was not full. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but She wasn’t friendly. talked the man’s ear off who was sitting next to me. I only did 3 stars in service because the lady that brought me my food, short red ish hair, was very kind. Bartender could learn some things. She did not check on me one time. Would probably just do pickup next time.
