First time ever I had a server that was drunk at work and also making passes at my guest when I left the table to the point she felt very uncomfortable. Lighter complected guy with a beer belly and bald spot lol won’t be coming back . Not my neighbor spot

Staff is actively high out of their minds for the lunch rush right now ? I wish I was kidding. Almost didn’t have to pay for my order when ordering over the phone, kid was too blitzed and declined when offered a card number for payment. The manager on shift had to call back about an hour later for that card number.Time to pick up the wings; it was a daycare. Manager stood by valiantly watching her employees shove each other around the register instead of acknowledging the customer waiting to pick up an order. Took a few good loud “hey”s to get one of the kids to then argue about the number of wings ordered…what? Yes, he literally tried to say that the number of wings we ordered was NOT in fact….the number of wings… WE… ordered… Wild. Never had this happen, literally anywhere; an entire staff physically and mentally non-functional and a manager actually enabling the behavior. Hopefully corporate gets involved, there are some deeper issues than just the comedy show seen today.

Had takeout wings for the first time here - and they held up great!Wing Cook - The wings were well cooked, not flabby at all and close to crispy.Chicken Quality - The chicken itself was pretty standard quality. The wings were a bit on the small side.Sauces - The sauce was great! They really loaded them with seasoning and sauce which made the wings super flavorful. I'd say the sauce was closer to more of a wet than thick, but they held onto the wings well. I'd recommend the hot lemon pepper.Prices were a little expensive though (close to $30 after taxes for 18 wings). The price for the wing size/quality is the only reason I'm not giving it a 5/5.I would definitely grab takeout from here again, as it's hard to find wings that hold the quality in the car ride.

Was very disappointed by the wings. Over cooked and over seasoned, the sauces weren’t very good either.
They'll charge you 30% more than they used to while giving you less food and getting your order incorrect (every time!)

Everything was good with the Wing Factory but the only thing that was bad was that the AC was on and it was a very cold day the staff could not get the temperature right so I ended up leaving after I ate my food . It’s a nice establishment everyone was so helpful Dillion was my sever.

Me and my friends always eat here. We love it! Me and my boyfriend saw online that the chastain location does bingo on Tuesday ‘s so we wanted to try something new.. needless to say, they don’t do bingo even tho it’s on the website. BUT we still got super good food :)
