customer service wasn’t very friendly, it wasn’t giving me the thought that it a pleasure to assist me. no greetings & even after seeing me waiting on my already done food, i was ignored. also did not get the flavor of wings i asked for, but they were still good.

The food was delicious and came out fast! This was our first time here and we’ll definitely be back! It’s in the cut but the inside is nice!
We walked in for dinner with our kids and noticed there was only two other tables - and nobody at the bar. After traveling 10 hours on the road we thought it would be a nice place to stop in, and since it wasn’t busy at all we decided to stay thinking we’d get relatively decent paced service. After being seated and waiting for 10-15 minutes for a server to even come to the table and take our drink order, we then proceeded to wait another 10-15 for the drinks themselves. As we watched the bartender standing behind the bar on her phone and our waitress nowhere to be seen we decided to leave. Unfortunate because the food did look appealing but the service and attentiveness to customers (even when the restaurant isn’t packed) was poor enough for us to not tolerate it for an entire meal.

Every single time we go, the food is always fresh, and cooked extremely well. Special shoutout to Guillermo who ALWAYS delivers with care and consistency, even on big game days when the restaurant is busy. (And to go orders!)
It’s rare to find a place where the food is always great ,the service is always excellent and the staff feel like family. Whether you live in the area or just visiting, if you haven’t been to The Wing Factory yet, you’re missing out.
my husband and I had an absolute awesome first time visit. the wings were 100% the way wings should be!! Victoria and the young man(nick??) where the icing on the cake! excellent customer service. 👌 thank you to both for making our first visit a great afternoon. can't wait to come back next time we're in town!! the beer cozy on our "to-go" bag, made our day. super thoughtful. nashvegas needs a Tori &Nick, yall are super lucky to have such great staff. 👍🏼
