Wings 101 Buckhead

Simply writing this because the service I received was horrible and so is the food! I asked for dry lemon pepper wings only to get there and receive wet lemon pepper that was mixed in some type of home sweet sauce MIXED with lemon pepper I ate there before so this time I said dry on purpose because I DID NOT WANT IT. NEVER was told over the phone they didn’t do dry rubs. When I’m there she’s constantly telling me she said that over the phone and I’m constantly telling her she didn’t. I JUST MADE THE ORDER I DO NOT HAVE SHORT TERM MEMORY LOSS. Moral of the story don’t eat here because the customer service sucks, they don’t do dry rubs wings and ALWAYS ALWAYS toss your wings in some type of sweet sauce MIXED with whatever you order. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN AFTER THAT ENCOUNTER. THESE ARE NOT REAL ATL WINGS DASG. Disgrace to the Atlanta wing staple

Babyyyyyyy, Wings ✅ Fries✅✅ Burger ✅✅✅ Service ✅✅✅✅ Price✅✅✅✅✅ please go try. Don’t ask for April, she will trick you into getting the honey extra hot! They so HOT!!! But they good!!! A 15 piece wing, a drink and fries for under 20$.

I’m simply writing this review bc of the service I received today. I ordered a 10pc wing with fries, got home and there was a long strand of hair on my wing, plus another short strand of hair. It was embedded in the skin. Gross. I called, told the lady what I discovered, she instructed to come back. I did. When I got into the store she looked mad, didn’t apologize, didn’t ask if I wanted the same thing or something different just assumed I wanted wings again. Before she could give the order to the kitchen, I told her I wanted something different. Whole time, she’s looking pissed as if I’m in the wrong. As a person who has worked 15+ years in hospitality; her attitude towards the issue was horrible. When you’re in the business of serving, you should make sure you offer good service at all times. I won’t be going back due to her lack of care, and attitude. It was beyond distasteful. At the very least she could’ve apologized… after all, she’s representing someone else’s business, and if this is what they’re okay with…I wish them luck.

Great service good food

I asked the lady where the lids were. She directed me to some Lid that were in a dirty container and then showed me other lids. And then talked about me to the owner/manager saying I wanted to pick out the middle of the lids.

To be honest the fish is great. Last time I tried the wings with lemon pepper and was Horrible. I had to throw it away. But I give 4 starts for the fish and rice. Love it.

I had an excellent experience at this store thanks to the Marina who helped me during my visit. From the moment I walked up, they greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made the checkout process enjoyable. They were efficient and quick, but also took the time to make sure everything was correct with my purchase. Thanks Marina for making my very first visit welcoming!!

This is my comfort food place since I moved to Atlanta almost 3 years ago. The food and the flavors offered are amazing and the cashiers are really nice and caring. Highly recommend the honey garlic and the honey lemon pepper flavors :)

Crazy talking to me over the phone doubled down the rude comments that were on my order. Then when I matched the entitled energy I was told I just had a bad day! I’m sorry being condescending when you can call to confirm something is crazy work. Waiting to hear from the manger really sure the young women will be lying about what they did or didn’t do. This is how they are when the boss lady isn’t around. It screams hound and entitled. Not how you handle things in customer service. Had to demand an apology instead I was beasicly told it’s my fault. FYI uber MAKES YOU ORDER RANDCH OR BLUE CHEESE !
