Ordered a whole bunch of food only to get home and realize that my order was 7 strips and they only gave me 5 wtf . Tried to call the store and call won’t go through keeps saying they are dealing with other customers
Staff is rude food is never ready unsanitary garbage of a place you couldn't pay me to eat there if it was my establishment I would fire everything working there and start over I have been to this location probably 15 to 20 times half of those times I left without anything management is lacking in so many places

Do not go to this Wingstop. I placed an order for 9:30 PM pickup, and when I arrived at 9:40 PM, the employee refused to give me my food. She told me, “We are closed,” even though the sign clearly said they close at 10 PM. It was New Year’s Eve, so this was especially frustrating since most other places were already closed. I could see a bag behind her that I believed was my order, and when I pointed it out through the window, she refused to open the door and speak to me. Instead, she laughed and said, “Nah,” before telling me to call for a refund tomorrow because they didn’t have anything for me. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never go to this location again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

On New Years Eve I arrive to pick up my order at 9:48pm. My order was set for pick up at 930pm. The door is locked with a sign that says “closing at 10pm”. The worker lady inside points to the sign and says “read the sign” (which I had) she refused to let me in and proceeded to laugh and say “your not getting any food tonight” she said she would give me a refund but she did not know my name or even ask what the name of my order was. The worker did not have any level or professionalism, or care for the fact that it was not 10pm yet. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. It was a big disappointment to my children that I planned a NYE party for. Btw I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ISSUED A REFUND
