If I could give 0 stars I would. Location needs be to shut down ASAP. They can’t cook wings properly and have terrible customer service skills. If I was the owner of this location I would fire the whole staff and general manager and find some competent employees. Save your time and energy and take your money to JR Crickets, American Deli, or Taco Mac

Ordered through the store website. Got to the location and 30 people were inside waiting for food. Our food was not ready at the designated time. So we sat and waited with all the other people. After a while we could see that a lot of people were getting their orders before us. One guy had been waiting an hour for his food. He figured out that they were prioritizing doordash and other things like that above people ordering on the website...etc. The customer threw a fit in the store for everyone to see. When it got to be about 50 minutes of wait time for us, we started to hear our name. A lady for doordash came in and got her food right away and left. When we finally got our food it was about an hour. One thing's for sure, we're not going back to that location ever again. The wait time was horrendous. I would have given this two stars or less if the food had not been ok. This store needs to stop prioritizing doordash or other apps. and balance the flow of orders appropriately. I know sometimes you can pay extra to get your order faster on doordash, so that's probably what's happening as well.

Cold food. Soggy fries. Too much breading, not enough sauce on wings. Blue cheese was like soup and tasted like ranch. Some wings were the size of quarters. 1st time, last time.

Last time ever ordering at a Wingstop. Mold in the ranch dip. Made a complaint which was completely ignored. Disgusting, should be closed down for health reasons.

Got atomic. Cashier said it was super hot. Said screw it and got it anyway. Ate two tenders and my tongue felt like I just ate hot lava. Went back said it was hot he said I told you so and gave me the rest of the tenders in a different flavor. Great service!

I went to this restaurant and the customer service here was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I placed an order online but it was sent to the wrong location. So I went to this location; which is were the order was sent to, and I kindly asked them to please remake it because my order had been sitting out for over 2hrs. The lady at the front asked a gentleman in the back and his response was no I’m too busy and the he started talking in Spanish to one of the other guys that was on the line. So after that I asked him to just give me a refund and his response was “I can’t I have to reach out to my general manager”. And I was like ok that’s fine but can you take down my information just to make sure I get confirmation that you spoke with the general manager. His response in a rude and aggressive tone was “ your information is on the online order; someone will reach out to you” as he throws the receipt on the counter and gets back on the line and starts talking in Spanish again to the other workers. This gentleman’s attitude and customer service was HIGHLY unacceptable!! I work in the restaurant industry as an assistant general manager and I would NEVER treat customers this way.

I ordered from here WAY too much over Covid lockdown. I was absolutely addicted to their wings! I still love them, although I've hit the breaks a bit more. Great place for a flavor-packed quick weeknight meal. I especially recommend their lemon pepper wings. A must-have every time I go!

this wingstop did not disapoint at all. food was real good same as for the drinks. the service was your average regular service. inside the wingstop was clean very clean.
