I came in here today to take advantage of the national wing day special. I ordered online and the food was ready right on time. The staff was friendly and attentive to me as soon as I walked in. The food was hot and crispy and the taste was AMAZING!! I got garlic parmesan tenders and lemon pepper wings and they were bussin!!!

Ordered a 20 wing combo and tenders for delivery. 15 of the wings were the correct flavor, 5 were incorrect. I was supposed to receive three dipping sauces but received none! The wings themselves were fine, except for the flaming hot ones I did not order or want. Simple things like including sauces and extras make one want to order again. When those items are left off not so much.

I ordered through uber eats tonight as the app showed a quick delivery time and my fiancé and I were hoping to indulge in some tasty wings before bed. Our order arrived promptly, but with a major glaring issue: we only received the sauces we ordered and not any of the wings. It seemed clear that the driver had forgotten the most important bag, so we called him twice with no response. We then called the restaurant, thinking that surely they could help us. The Wingstop worker knew our name immediately when I started explaining the issue, and said we could just come pick up the order. I told him that we order delivery because we are not able to pick up the order. He said our only other option was to call uber for a refund.
After 30 minutes on the phone with uber and no resolution found, I could not be more frustrated with this experience. It is now way past our bedtime, I am being charged for food we never got to enjoy, and the customer service on both sides has been dismal. I hope to hear something back from management at Wingstop, but if this review goes unnoticed I will certainly never be patronizing a Wingstop establishment again. It’s not worth the headache and waste of time combined with a hungry belly of frustration.

Rude & entitled staff. Some of the people who are working there should never be part of a service industry anywhere. Also, for the folks who are ordering online - they ask the drivers to fill drinks. I'm assuming they don't care about sanitation/hygiene.

They charge for EVERYTHING! Almost at the door to walk in. That’s how it feels. They change things everyday and don’t honor what’s advertised! New staff and management ALL THE TIME! You use to get 6 blue cheese for $4. Today they changed it to 4 blue cheese for $4. Robbery at its finest!
