I got here at 10:38 and they didn’t acknowledge my presence until 14 mins later. Then the phone rang and the lady at the register refused to answer it at 10:45 pm because they close at 12am. That’s plenty of time for an order. I am here at the store and they are just letting the phones ring and ignoring customers.

The manager, Manuel, was very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I waited in my car 15 minutes before realizing my order had been rang up wrong, and I was charged incorrectly. I requested that they remake my order correctly, and they acted as if it was a problem to provide me the order I initially requested and was overcharged for. The cashier did not even acknowledge that he rang it up wrong. I have frequented this location at least once a week for the past two years. The food and staff are usually really great, with the exception of Manuel.I actually went into the location, turned around and walked out, and went to get pizza instead because I had forgotten about the last experience. I will NEVER patronize a business that does not value me as a customer. We usually purchase the 30 Piece Meal. I will drive further to find better service.Ex Loyal Customer

Young boy with the dreads seems like a teenager is rude. Told me i had to pour the drink as a door dash driver. That’ is not our job. The food and DRINK needs to be SEALED during pick up. Management discuss this with your workers for which it’s against our policy to make any food idea including drinks. Another worker had made the drink and sealed it. He was Spanish. Very nice and apologized. But please advise your team and even the young kid with the dreads that you do not hand a door dash driver an empty cup to pour drinks. It’s the staff job and everything INCLUDING the drink needs to be prep sealed and ready for pick up.

Humble and Blessed
We've been going to this location for years. They've completely fallen off. You used to get freshly fried wings and fries. Now you get room temperature food and old fries. I specifically asked for "extra crispy" on the wings AND fries. Fries tasted like they were fried an hour earlier and the chicken definitely wasn't even hot. We'll drive further out to get what we ask for. Do better!

I ordered 20 flats and voodoo fries. I called back to advise i did receive all flats and the voodoo fries were so salty we couldn't eat them also my lemon pepper wings were super salty as well. the manager assured me it was all flats and I advised i could send a picture where it's clearly not all flats. He hung up on me and then proceeded to continuously put me on hold.

My food is often fresh and they’re always nice. The restaurant is clean. I’ve had a few misses before but my last 4 or so visits have been consistently good. I see they’re actively doing better than some past reviews so I wanted my review to reflect the progress. Keep up the good work(fast, yet fresh food and good service)!

I went in and their system was down, so they asked me to order online. They gave me the address and after I put in the order, they told me they gave me the wrong address. They told me I had to drive to the other location to get my food. Pretty ridiculous. First and last time I eat at this establishment. Wing stop ain’t even that good.

This place has employees that don’t wash their hands please be cautious this is the 2nd time I’ve gotten food poisoning from their food. I hate to say this but safe you and those around you the time and find another location to eat at.
