This establishment has to be one of the worst locations on the southside.. it take forever to receive your food n they also serve cold fries. This location also smells really bad

I had an issue with my food and Chrystelle was so nice and professional about helping me get it fixed. When she is working you can tell she cares and wants to make the most out of the experience for the customer.

I placed a pick up order online 26 min before closing time. Got to the restaurant 15 min before closing time only to be told by the manager that I would have to come back tomorrow after 5pm to pick up my order because they have thrown out all the wings and their cleaning up for closing.she then went on to say she would pass the receipt to the General Manager the next day to process my refund since I told her I will not be back the next day for my order. I told her for her to be the face for wing stop being she is a manager that this was not the way operations should be handled. Orders should be made up till closing till which is 12 midnight. She got very aggressive (verbally) and yelled what you think we supposed to do we cleaning up do you not know how long it takes for us to clean? As if that is any of my concern as a customer. I will be pushing this matter to the fullest instinct because there’s no way a person with that kind of beg should be not only a manager but working at such a company to the excellence of wing stop. I asked her for a recipe she refused to give me one and stated it will be on the online app that I ordered from. I went to my car and made a call to someone I know work for wing stop and they advised me to go back and take a picture of the receipt which I did. I will be going back up to the store at 10:30 this morning to hopefully be able to speak with the General manager and then I will be contacting wing stop corporate office.

Ada, was working today and I haven’t ever seen the location so clean .
She was kindly taking orders and working in the back communicating effectively and provided the up most customer experience.
I stoped coming to this location for a while , but I will be back .
One persons work ethic can really make a difference in the business.

The worst/ most ratchet Wingstop in Atlanta. We always order online and wait an extra 20 mins before going to pick up and the food is still never ready. Tonight when I walked in the manager was busy arguing with the cashier about her drawer being short and totally ignoring the 28 people waiting for orders in the lobby (yes I counted). No professionalism, no task management skills , no ability to lead a team. Manager was a tall lady with long braids/dreads and a chain.

the only good thing about this place is the girl with the blue hair. she was very professional, but the TWO IN THE GRILL needs to be reevaluated! Not only did the lady have to tell him TWICE that he burned the fries, but he was on his phone moving SLOW the whole time! JESUS CHRIST! I usually dont leave reviews but THAT MUST BE LOOKED INTO! IS HE OKAY?! Christelle was perfect she deserves a raise or a new job!
Got wings from them yesterday,and they were terrible,which is crazy because they are usually good..I tasted one and was done with it.. terrible

I don't know what is going on at this location. But I'm for sure the food we received tonight had to be old or sitting out. Sauce all wasted in the bag and although one of the staff was so kind enough to put things in a new bag it was so much sauce wasted no way she would have been able keep a clean bag. She was nice enough to give new fries but the food was not good at all. And if this is the standard I refused to keep paying 50.00usd of my hard earned money to a location that don't give a dayum. I'm usually in twice a week. I can spend my money on hot fresh food else where if im going to spend 100 dollars a weeks on wings and tenders. Quality checks to make sure all items in the bag. If you have 10-15 wings they should all good in one container. It is clear whoever is bagging items don't give a dayum all turned upside down. All this congregating like it is a club, do your job to make the experience pleasant for guest. Once you handle your business then talk. Too many on shift to receive old food and not do quality checks. Tenders seems refried and sauced. Wings looks like it was left out and whatever sauce if any was on the wing was that. Another 5 piece was fresh but wasted all over in the bag. Management get that together.

I came in Tuesday for the $2 tender deal. My food was over 30mins late which made me late returning from my lunch break. I also started throwing up uncontrollably and have been hospitalized since I ate there. DO NOT eat at this location. Below is my view for the last 3 days, this restaurant has made me question deals on food and how food is being prepared and handled at all Wingstop locations.

Door Dash delivery….. three orders of boneless chicken wings. These wings were fried so hard that I felt like I was chewing on rocks. If I didn’t know any better, the chicken was previously fried the day before and was fried again for this order. This was a terrible waste of money.
People please believe the bad reviews. Unfortunately, we didn’t pay attention.

All I can say is WOW .. I hate to set expectations for places before I have been there, but this area typically don’t have the best service, especially fast food style restaurants. I must say I picked my food up after 11 PM and this place was so lively and friendly !!! people were cleaning windows, sweeping floors, the cashiers and cooks were engaging with the customers I had to double check and make sure I was in the right spot lol lol . I never been to a WingStop where the atmosphere was so positively overwhelming. I give this place ALL 10s. !!!
