This review is based on an anonymous source related to the kitchen- to all customers at this location, please do not order at this location within the last 50 minutes of closing time on any given time, your order will not be made, also please do not refer to the wait time on your app as the absolute time your food will be ready, your order may be ready before that time or many minutes after depending on if we are busy at the time, the times we are busy are Fridays, weekends, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, please bare with us we cannot communicate with the customers that the store is busy, we have no way of telling the customers that the store is currently in a rush so their food may be late, thank you for your patience. Also please refrain from ordering 30 plus orders late at nights or 30+ flats/drums, we obviously cannot tell you not to order them but it sometimes does pose an inconvenience to the workers, thank you all for your understanding hope you have a great day

I’m a dasher and i was sent to this store to pick up. The employees in this store walk past you don’t give eye contact don’t even ask can they help with anything. The girl with the star painted on her face just kept yelling have a seat we will call your order when it’s ready. That is NOT customer service. It’s 5 dashers sitting here waiting for orders that has a time limit to be delivered. You got 5 employees and not one person is offering assistance not even the i assume manager who was walking around taking pictures of the land scape. Yall need to do better and need to train these employees on customer service. Horrible customer service and it smells like this place is never cleaned. Straight grease.

PLEASE CLEAN YOUR STORE AND ENCOURAGE TEAM TO WASH THEIR HANDS!!!!! HIRE A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM ASAP!

Went to Wingstop at 6175 Old National Hwy today at around 5:35pm on 12/6. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Wingstop location.
I saw a minimum of 5 code violations but I will leave that to the city and state health inspector to determine.

First, the store is a wreck. No less than 8 people working behind the counter and no one took time to show care to the lobby, floors, or kitchen. The Drink station was nasty, the kitchen was unkept, and the floors were greasy feeling. As soon as I walked in I immediately inquired if a online order could be cancelled. I did not trust the food coming out of there. The lady at the register who appeared to be the manager made it clear she would not accomodate that.

The 2 women in particular who this complaint is for refused to provide their names, so below I will describe them to the best of my ability.

At one point the lady who appeared to be the manager (5'9, heavyset, black woman with locs) asked another young lady (approx 5'3, very heavy-set, with blond and brown braids, wearing a "Got Proof" t shirt) who was sitting down eating Popeyes for several minutes to help her pass out food. At this time the short, heavy girl with blond braids put the Popeyes chicken bone down, her lower back exposed, and went straight to pass out the food from the rack where the orders sit. There is a sink near the front of this Restaurant and she did not even attempt to sanitize or wash her hands before handling food. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CAMERAS! Time stamp between 5:30pm -5:45pm on 12/6 front of house and lobby.

To add insult to injury there is a sign in Wingstop that says we follow strict hand washing procedures because we handle raw chicken. The young lady eating Popeyes chicken must have missed this sign or something in the training.

Also, when I initially arrived I gave my name and even spelled it. It is only 3 letters, the manager insisted my food was not ready. A few minutes later she asked my name again, a second time I provided and spelled my name. Each time the lady with locs looked at the food cart and implied my order was not ready. A few minutes later she asked my order number I gave her the order number, then I get my food.

I asked for a paper receipt. The manager in a very dismissive tone says "you got the receipt, you ordered online." I clarified for her that I am asking for a paper receipt. Again she dismissed the request and nastily replied "we don't do that, you got a receipt already."

So I could be sure she was refusing me my simple request, I stated "I am asking for a paper receipt, are you refusing that?" The lady with locs said it would take her too long to get it for me. I told her I did not mind waiting, she said well I am not going to do it. At this time the short, heavier lady, with blond and brown braids chimed in and said with an even more nasty attitude than the manager, "you got the receipt."

I explained to her I did not need them to explain that to me as I have been very clear that I want a paper receipt. The short heavy girl then replied "obviously you need us to explain it to you."

At this time I went to take a picture of the operating partner information and thought it be better to report to someone who can correct the problem or at the very least address it.

Again I am kindly asking that you validate my experience by watching your cameras from the times of 5:30pm EST to APPROX. 5:45PM EST.

I have never had any cashier give us a hard time like this Older woman named velicia She had the worst attitude Acting like the money was coming out Her check, she refused to give us a refund (update OUR BANK DISPUTED THE TRANSACTION WE GOT A REFUND) but that is besides the point. I don’t understand why Wingstop hires people with no mannerism professionalism And people who just don’t want to work in customer service If They hate their job so much find something better, but don’t take it out on the customers This is definitely my last time Spending money (i spend $160 because of a app glitch that they couldn’t do anything about) At this location will definitely spread the word Plus, if you pay attention to how they cook, they are very messy with everything dropping food everywhere but the Service overall is Not up to standards really making Wingstop look bad at this location

I stood at the counter for about 8-9mins and was not greeted or acknowledged. There were about 10 people in the store including the people that walked in BEHIND me. A lady eventually came from the back and said she’s not taking anymore orders in store unless you’re picking up door dash or uber eats. Horrible customer service

I’ve ordered here multiple times with no problem with service or the quality of the food. Tonight the service and food was terrible!!! Wings and fries was extremely hard. I told the manager and she was rude and upset that I bought it back. She even said she was the one that cooked it and that the wings supposed to be crispy! Crispy is ok but not hard to the point I can’t eat it. I’m done with them!!!

Believe the reviews!! Lady working the front with the extra hair and accessories had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked if my food was ready.. After waiting that long, she gave me some old fries. I had to ask for fresh fries. A friend told me to not go to this location, go to the one in Camp Creek, I didn't listen because of the drive.. Trust me, I'll go to Camp Creek next time.

This was my first time ever eating at a Wing Stop.
The cashier was nice, friendly, and had a great sense of humor! It was his 3rd day on the job. I asked to speak with the manager to give him a compliment. She was also new! Lol 😅

Food was super good.
Haven’t had wingstop in over a year and was like .. let me try this location. and they did not disappoint.
It took me 30 minutes to pick up my order AFTER placing it online, food was still good and fresh by the time i got there.
Greatly appreciated! :)
