I ordered wings from the Crestwood Wingstop online this evening. We picked up the food, got home and discovered half the food was wrong. (they was supposed to be dry rub but they were mango habanero, which we can't eat). we called the restaurant to ask for a refund back on my card for the wrong food (not the whole order) the guy said we needed to bring the food back. we said we weren't driving 15 minutes back and spending gas money too, and asked if they could just refund my card for the 8 wings. he said no. then after putting us on hold several times he said we had a week to come in for 8 wings as a replacement. we asked to speak to a manager. she said that was their "policy" and if it wasnt picked up in a week it would no longer be available. several months ago we ordered throigh doordash. the driver forgot our drinks and we called the store and were refunded for the drinks. not sure when their "policy" changed. I'd think they'd want to provide good customer service and a refund of what, less than $10 to keep a customer. it was empty in there. the kitchen staff knows what they made. I'm not driving back to throw them away there. We'll be going to buffalo wild wings from now on.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

I came in there the guy at the cash register with the pony tail was rushing me to order, and saying out loud why he’s mad people dont order online. like go cook some chicken in the back if you dont want to take orders. I left went somewhere else.

This is the worst wingstop I’ve ever been. A lot of young kids with no supervision. Avoid this place if possible wnb wings across the street has a lot better service. Not up to par with other wingstops I’ve been to.

I HAVE NEVER TASTED SOME THIS NASTY EVER IN MY LIFE. The sauces didn’t help much either. I tried the Garlic Parmesan and Original Hot — one was bland and greasy, the other tasted like watered-down hot sauce. Nothing had that bold, craveable flavor they advertise. Honestly, I’ve had better wings at hole-in-the-wall spots and even some frozen ones from the grocery store. Won’t be ordering bone-in wings from here again. Yall couldn’t pay me to eat here again.

The wings had no flavor at all, and they were too big for my taste. I asked the lady up front if the wings were the big wings, and she said no. The big wings are fatty and too much skin. My ranch dressing was not in my bag. I waited about 30 minutes for wings and fries, only because I wanted all flats, which I always pay for. I actually lost my appetite when I saw the size of the wings when I got home. The wings and fries were $21.00 and change, 2.50 for flats that's a lot for a 10 piece, and I didn't want soda, so that was taken off. That was the last visit. The sauce was supposed to be hot but had no flavor nor hot.

This was the absolute worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. We didn’t online order Through the Wingstop website and 10 of our wings were missing. I called to let them know, and they were extremely rude to me on the phone And told me I had to come in and show them the receipt. That was perfectly fine. I had no problem going in, But her attitude on the phone Was completely unacceptable. After I got there, they gave me a hard time about getting my order And told me it would be 30 minutes until it was done. I ended up sending my husband back to pick up the wings And when he got there, they were extremely rude to him For no reason. After all of this, our order was still Wrong. We live right by this location, but we definitely will be going to a different one from now on even if it’s further away. I suggest you do the same

I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

Trash. Server seem so disinterested, 7 people bumping into each other, had to air fry my supposed to be crispy wings. The only thing good was the blue cheese. NEVER AGAIN!

Food was nasty and greasy as hell. When the food is greasy as hell it means the grease is not hot enough or too many wings being cooked at one time. I ordered wings extra crispy that wasn’t done the flavors wasn’t what I ordered. Overall this place won’t ever see a dime of my money.
