I am appalled, furious, and heartbroken by my recent experience with DoorDash/Wingstop. When I received my order, the name attached to it was a vile racial slur: “N***.”** Let that sink in. In 2025, a platform this large allowed something so hateful, dehumanizing, and dangerous to appear on an order attached to a real human being. This isn’t just a “mistake.” It’s a failure of basic decency, ethics, and technological safeguards. How was this even allowed through your system? How is this not immediately flagged? And most importantly—what are you doing to fix it? I don’t want a canned apology. I want answers, action, and change. No one—NO ONE—should ever have to experience this level of racism while trying to order food. DoorDash, you need to take real accountability. Fix your system. Educate your team. Earn back the trust of the people you’ve hurt. Wingstop, to the employee who actually wrote this: —it was blatant racism, and it cut deep. You didn’t just write a word. You used one of the most violent, hateful terms in history, and aimed it at a real human being. Me. You tried to reduce me to a slur. But what you really did was expose your ignorance, your hate, and your cowardice. I am not your target. I am not your punchline. I am a Black woman with dignity, history, and strength that you’ll never be able to erase with a word. I hope you realize the weight of what you did. I hope it haunts your conscience the way your word tried to haunt my day. And I hope you understand that accountability is not optional—it’s coming.

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Stopped in right at 12 p.m for lunch. There was 2-3 people in there waiting for their food. The guy comes around the counter and tells me they aren't accepting orders. So I leave and go to publix next door as I walking out I see a new customer in there placing their order. Smh!

Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Wingstop. Not only was the service slow and unprofessional, but the food was ice cold by the time I got it—and to top it off, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I asked for specific flavors, and they gave me whatever they felt like throwing in the box. No napkins, no condiments, no ranch (which is basically a crime at Wingstop), and definitely no effort.
Staff had an attitude like customers are a burden, and no one even bothered to offer a solution when I pointed out the mistake. If you’re craving cold wings and bad energy, this is your place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Worst wing stop ever. Don’t waste your money. I ordered a dry rub chicken flavor, and the bottom of my container was filled with either butter or oil. On top of that, I tried one wing and realized it didn’t have any seasoning or flavor. I get this flavor all the time from other locations and never experienced this before. And the fries were awful as well. Not sure how you can mess up fries but they surely did it.
Incompetent management. Offered a deal and then pulled it. I'll never go again and recommend against it to everyone unless I get my free meal. Leaving one stars on all local locations.
I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Garbage food! Especially your tenders! Just FROZEN garbage tenders from one of the big food service companies. If HARDEES can make a decent tender why can’t you?
I don't know if its only this location or every location but it was awful. My husband sent me to get the 20 piece boneless family meal for him and my daughter. 5:45pm I walked in to place an order the girl at counter looked at me and just ignored me, I finally caught her attention (AGAIN) and she rudely said online orders only. I placed my order at 5:51 which said it was suppose to be ready within 15 to 20 mins. 20 mins later I asked if my order was ready and the same poor serviced girl said no. I waited 30 more mins and asked again she said no, by this point I had already lost my patience. I said so you don't see my name anywhere. She looked on the bags that were all lined up on the counter and the rack and even checked the hanging tickets....... I was sitting there for nothing!!!!!! She had to reprint my ticket..... I had to wait an additional 20 mins!!!!! Fries were awful..... soaked in grease and dark brown like they had been dropped in the grease several times. Wings weren't coated with sauce or seasoning like that just put them in the sauce and took them back out. Good thing I checked the bag because the corn wasn't in there and the brownies weren't either. So I had to wait MORE...... Will never be going to another Wing Stop EVER AGAIN IN LIFE!!!!!!!

I entered the Cascade store about noon Wednesday
March 12th. The employees (about 4) although busy, they totally ignored myself and the growing number of other customers ( about 10). after about 20 mins I asked an employee why they were not taking our orders…. The employee said “ oh, my bad, we are not taking walk in orders “ I noticed the phone was not hung up and laying next to the cradle… so they were not taking phone orders either. I asked why and why they did not inform us??? We all walked out… never again

Fries had sugar added instead of salt. Wings, overcooked, everything tasted like sugar. Not good for diabetic customers. Will never order anything from Wingstop!!!! Not happy, still hungry, had to throw away everything. Husband is sick from food. Please do a better job! But I won't be back. Yes, I did contact store manager regarding sugar on Fries!

It was nasty loud and very ghetto. The fries were cold the chicken was swimming in grease. I was very disappointed in this location it was horrible.
