Jean, the Wingstop manager at the Buckhead location, is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was unbelievably kind, sweet, and genuinely cared about my experience—not in a forced way, but in a way that made you feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

Her positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail completely set the tone for the entire store. You can tell she leads with heart, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Managers like Jean are rare, and she represents Wingstop at the highest level.

Because of her alone, I will absolutely be coming back to this Buckhead location. Wingstop is lucky to have her, she turned a simple meal into a great experience.

I went there one Friday evening around 9:30. Despite 6 or more people working in the back, It took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to take our order. And even then we were told that we had to do the order on line. Ridiculous. He's standing right there and could not take an order???? Several people that wee already there were clearly annoyed. Worst place ever. Stay away.

I'm sorry I have to report that was a pregnant lady standing here with a baby who actually use the restroom also waiting on her order and she was told that she that they have no public restroom here she's a customer and she's well-groomed
And she's been told that someone took the key home and that you have no public restrooms in your establishment dine-in area. This is ridiculous
