My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

The crew today was excellent! The food was hot, fresh and juicy. We ordered extra crispy! It was delicious!! There were too ladies rocking it out. Very professional and clean!

Ordered it said it would be ready between 10:36 and 10:46 so 10:46 goes by and we are STILL waiting for like another 20 minutes so we get into the car open the container and they forgot my god Damn ranch that I still had to pay for and the wings were terrible barely any seasoning soggy as hell and overall just a huge disappointment definitely not worth almost 24$ DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY FOOD THAT TAKES A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME

I kid you not, these were the worst wings i have ever had in my entire life; not only were they stingy as hell with the sauce, they were also over cooked. The fries also had a terrible texture and were not very tasty… my first time at wing stop has been ruined…

On April the 27th Sunday night. I came in to get some wings around 10:30 there was a black guy that worked there with a lazy eye tall and height tell only men theres no more chicken. Then to proceeds to take women's order. Worst customer service ever
This place doesn't deserve so much hate. I eat here about every other week and everything I've gotten here has been good. Good sized wings and tasty flavors. The one time I had a problem and came back, they went out of their way to correct the order. I always pick up in person so that probably avoids a lot of problems here but overall, this place is solid.

I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.
