The manager Tanya Fulton is amazing. Very customer service focus. I had a large online order and accidentally selected the boneless wings option instead of traditional wings. Tanya corrected my order without batting an eye. . Chicken wings are amazing. Order on line process very easy. Customers service is on point.

11/20/25 management (female black) and employee (Mexican female) extremely rude and unprofessional..customer service is horrible here!! Constantly mess up orders! Curse out and yell at guest.. management sit there on the phone and allows her employee to be hostile towards guest..worst place ever I will NEVER RETURN OR GIVE WINGSTOP MY BUSINESS

I ordered classic garlic parmesan wings, I got boneless lemon pepper wings. I’m pre diabetic and I can’t eat the breaded boneless wings. I tried calling and I got no answer. These guys suck.

Wooohoooo! So guys if you haven't visited wingstop late you might want to give them another try. Entirely new teams, starting with one Manager MRS. TANYA, beautiful ,kind and patient. She is the definition of customer Service. And I haven't learnt the young man's name but I call him the problem solver with his magic hand that gets those orders in and out while keeping this amazing smile while greeting the customers he's great they both have a new amazing team behind, one I call sweetie which I'm sure she will be manager soon they are all ha4d working the food is hot by the time I get to my customer fresh and delicious. How do I know one of my customers ordered their food smelt so good I went back a made me an order....lol.... I am enjoying wingstop new employee line up.

Did a late night order for some last-minute wings for my game night and i must say Nikki and drew were the only ones in there and they nailed it. food was fresh they had great attitudes, and I appreciate them for that. Most people in their positions are always nasty but these two were amazing. Give them a raise !!

This review is only for this particular location. I ordered food for delivery and I never received my food. I called the actual location and the person answering the phone act like they can’t hear you and then they just hang up. rude horrible customer service ..delivery person probably ate the food or delivered it to the wrong address …Never again from this location. This location should just shut down! smh
