The store was PACKED yesterday and the small crew they had yesterday handled all the orders and customers so calmly and professionally! It was looking real tense in there and the wait time was RIDICULOUS but you can tell they were doing the absolute best they could for the volume of orders they had. On top of that-the food was 5 out of 5!!!!!! The person who was managing and interacting with the customers was really the saving grace!
I just can’t win with this Restaurant. My first experience here they messed up my order, ordered a 10p combo fried crispy received a 8p that wasn’t cooked crispy . Returned to the store to inform the manager, her response I can replace the 2 wings. Four months later I came in today 05/25 & the wait time was longer than what I was told. I asked for a refund that took another 8 mins

The taller young man and the young woman who were there tonight were very courteous. Kept me updated on the progress of my order. Food turned out well seasoned & great, as expected.
