I ordered 7 items via the website for pickup. Once I arrived, I was told that the system didn’t process my order and they didn’t know where my money went. They called the manager and figured it out. I waited the advised 20 minutes and checked on my order. They then told me that the cook didn’t get the ticket and hadn’t started cooking it. They couldn’t process a refund because I ordered it online. The lady up front was upset with me and had a nasty attitude. I am extremely disappointed. Please keep in mind that the DoorDash drivers didn’t have a problem picking up their online orders.

My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant while visiting in Atlanta and it did not disappoint. The buffalo wings are great!

I decided to try this place while visiting my daughter in Atlanta..There are many wing spots in north carolina but this place by far has some of the best chicken wings I've ever tasted. they were very flavorful and fresh. the customer service was awesome and my order came out fast. very clean and neat place. I highly recommend 👌🏽

The cashiers will not acknowledge you or initiate conversation to find out if you haven’t ordered yet or already have. I was just standing there making eye contact while they chit chat. This makes a line of people waiting to be acknowledged and will have the small area packed. I’ve also noticed the drink machine tasting funny, so I usually get the bottle drinks instead.

Where is the other manager? The tall big super nice guy will have people in and out in a heartbeat. He would actually ask or say hello to see if we have been helped with

When I was there the new manager seemed almost scared to deal with customers tall lanky guy.

Customer service is terrible the young lady that works in the front with the black and blond braids is very very rude, She had the nerve to talk about other customer in front of the people that sitting in the lobby. She makes the company look terrible and I probably won’t be back here. These are the type of people we should not hire to work in our community. Please do yourself a favor and remove her from your establishment. ??

Best HOUSE FRIED RICE I’ve had in a long time!! It was LOADED with chicken, beef and shrimp and steamy hot just the way I like my food. Hats off to the staff for their pleasant and professional service too!! I’ll definitely be back ?
