The cashiers will not acknowledge you or initiate conversation to find out if you haven’t ordered yet or already have. I was just standing there making eye contact while they chit chat. This makes a line of people waiting to be acknowledged and will have the small area packed. I’ve also noticed the drink machine tasting funny, so I usually get the bottle drinks instead.

Where is the other manager? The tall big super nice guy will have people in and out in a heartbeat. He would actually ask or say hello to see if we have been helped with

When I was there the new manager seemed almost scared to deal with customers tall lanky guy.

Customer service is terrible the young lady that works in the front with the black and blond braids is very very rude, She had the nerve to talk about other customer in front of the people that sitting in the lobby. She makes the company look terrible and I probably won’t be back here. These are the type of people we should not hire to work in our community. Please do yourself a favor and remove her from your establishment. ??

Best HOUSE FRIED RICE I’ve had in a long time!! It was LOADED with chicken, beef and shrimp and steamy hot just the way I like my food. Hats off to the staff for their pleasant and professional service too!! I’ll definitely be back ?

This is the second time I have ordered from WNB(Cascade off Fairburn Rd.) -
Second time the order was wrong; this time we received someone's else's entire order----
The wings we received were disgusting...
the rice was less than tasty,
the fries were raw and greasy....
Fortunately, the app refunded the money....
The first time I called WNB, I got an apology from the Manager; but no accountability, no spirit of making things right the next time....
This is unacceptable-
And unacceptable for me to order there again~

I went to this location last night and one of the restaurant employees stole my debit card. I called today and they lied about it I’m going to get a police report and have them handle the situation.

Had a door dash order delivered from here and they must have packed it fresh because the food traveled well and was hot when it arrived. Great meal.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They take otp orders but don’t start cooking the food until you get there. Common sense would say stop accepting otp orders if you’re going to inconvenience the customer by having to wait 20-30 min to make the wings when they get there.

Didn’t even offer to give me anything for the time wasted. I had to ask for a refund. Just horrible customer service. Don’t support this mess! Too many much better wing spots in ATL to go here. Horrible. Zero stars!
