I have been meaning to do this review for a few weeks. I ended up at this location by mistake. I ordered food from the location in Douglasville so I thought.. Turns out there’s actually a Fairburn Road in Atlanta as well. I was very upset when I went to the Douglasville location and they did not have my order. I had to drive all the way from Douglasville all the way down into Atlanta to this location. I tried to call multiple times but it turns out they don’t use the business phone anymore to take orders or accept calls. So of course when I got down there, I was very upset because I could not get a hold of them. The girl who at the front that evening was not very friendly however, she went and got her manager, so that I can discuss the situation with him, because I knew at this point my food had been sitting. I was most concerned about the fries, even though I want everything fresh, I knew the fries were old. The manager was awesome and immediately offered to make fresh fries for our orders, he gave me a free drink, and even gave me free cheesesteak egg rolls. I believe his name is Jason. I told him I was going to do a great review on him because he did all of that without me asking. In this day and age, it is really hard to get good customer service, and even the managers cannot be relied upon to provide good customer service, or even just compassion and understanding in a situation. I highly recommend this location because of the manager. He might even be the owner. 10 out of 10!!

Delicious vegetable fried rice. I revisited this location twice in a week. The food is cooked to order so it's hot & delicious every time. This is my new favorite fast food place to eat. I'd like to thank the cooks & staff for all their hard work. The customer service is outstanding.

This has become one of my go-to places for a good chicken philly & fried rice. I also love those onion rings. Literally, everything I've ever tasted from here is soooo good. If you haven't tried them out I suggest you drop on in and try them out.

I ordered 7 items via the website for pickup. Once I arrived, I was told that the system didn’t process my order and they didn’t know where my money went. They called the manager and figured it out. I waited the advised 20 minutes and checked on my order. They then told me that the cook didn’t get the ticket and hadn’t started cooking it. They couldn’t process a refund because I ordered it online. The lady up front was upset with me and had a nasty attitude. I am extremely disappointed. Please keep in mind that the DoorDash drivers didn’t have a problem picking up their online orders.

Love the shrimp fried rice

I decided to try this place while visiting my daughter in Atlanta..There are many wing spots in north carolina but this place by far has some of the best chicken wings I've ever tasted. they were very flavorful and fresh. the customer service was awesome and my order came out fast. very clean and neat place. I highly recommend 👌🏽

The food is always super good! Never bad on customer service and I only go to this particular location for a great experience!!!

The cashiers will not acknowledge you or initiate conversation to find out if you haven’t ordered yet or already have. I was just standing there making eye contact while they chit chat. This makes a line of people waiting to be acknowledged and will have the small area packed. I’ve also noticed the drink machine tasting funny, so I usually get the bottle drinks instead.

Where is the other manager? The tall big super nice guy will have people in and out in a heartbeat. He would actually ask or say hello to see if we have been helped with

When I was there the new manager seemed almost scared to deal with customers tall lanky guy.
