WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I usually don't eat from these types of wings spots however I noticed they had fried cauliflower....my fav! So disappointed for $17 I got a box full of greasy cauliflower nubs....you may want to order a burger or wings to be safe but do NOT order the cauliflower. The Fries is how they got 2 stars! Customer service is cool. The young black girl at the counter is very nice & mannerable. The place is Fast & clean! Prices are moderate not high but not cheap either. Had a really hard day. When I went to pick up my order after work the young lady said "Hey! I haven't seen you in a long time! What have you been up to?" That simple interaction made my day 10 times better... And my food was perfect! Now that's customer service!❤️

Solid food, made quickly ✊?. Becoming one my goto spots

Kitchen Sink Philly surpassed my wildest expectations, just the right amount of seasoning✅, not greasy✅, temperature✅ portion size ✅ … definitely a tasty short order

So first as I approached the counter I was not greeted instead I was ignored by cashier leonna d who was telling what appeared to be a family member to stop playing and give someone their phone back. Once they were done talking then I was greeted and asked was I trying to order. I ordered the 10 piece all flats combo for $17 and immediately within 3 minutes my food was done. I was unsure on how that would be possible if they were freshly made. The wings were so hard and crunchy I couldn’t chew it and it felt so tough. I’m mad I paid $17 for wings I couldn’t eat and I could have gone somewhere for a $6-$14 meal and gotten way better food and service. Greenbrair malls food court service gets worse everytime ever since chick fil a was removed.

Best wings I've had in a while. Daughter says the fried rice was just okay. I might drive back for these wings. The chicken sandwich looked great but was too big for my child, a kid's menu would be great.

Always good burgers. Flavorful j*** and lemon pepper wings. Good service, plenty of parking. Food here is fresh and tasty.

Sht was fire ?

i had a chicken philly & wings from this place and the philly was disgusting. the chicken tasted very old & when i ask could it be changed she was very rude about it and said that it doesn’t matter since i already paid. i couldn’t change or get a refund . i payed to much money for me to have to just throw food away . very unsatisfied
