WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I had great customer service when I first walked into the Building. The server Akasha R recommend the vegetable fried rice with lemon pepper wings is pretty good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Excellent customer service. I am From Tallahassee, Florida

Got an impossible burger and sweet potato fries. Waited about 15 minutes for both. Fries were cold and the burger was hard & flat

Everything was great! From my interaction with the cashier to the quality and taste of my food! The wings (dry rub LP) was spot on and the coke was properly carbonated! Would definitely eat here again.

I paid 25 dollars for a 18 piece mild. Wings was hard and over cooked. They seem as if they were wings that's been out all day. Prices are to expensive for the kind of quality food their servicing people.

Chicken wings looked like Baby pigeons.... overly cooked and I spent 16 dollars and they refused to refund my money!! I won't be back... should've went to Mr. Everything!!

Including myself, 3 different family members ordered food from this establishment. 3 separate orders. Each time the order was incorrect. When I brought it to management's attention, I was met with the most unprofessional disregard of my concerns. The entire staff lack accountability, empathy, and professionalism. I won't return to this location.

I usually don't eat from these types of wings spots however I noticed they had fried cauliflower....my fav! So disappointed for $17 I got a box full of greasy cauliflower nubs....you may want to order a burger or wings to be safe but do NOT order the cauliflower. The Fries is how they got 2 stars! Customer service is cool. The young black girl at the counter is very nice & mannerable. The place is Fast & clean! Prices are moderate not high but not cheap either. Below are 3 pics. 2 Black boxes is WNB the plated food is "Mosa" how cauliflower should look once cooked.

Had a really hard day. When I went to pick up my order after work the young lady said "Hey! I haven't seen you in a long time! What have you been up to?" That simple interaction made my day 10 times better... And my food was perfect! Now that's customer service!❤️

Solid food, made quickly ✊?. Becoming one my goto spots

Kitchen Sink Philly surpassed my wildest expectations, just the right amount of seasoning✅, not greasy✅, temperature✅ portion size ✅ … definitely a tasty short order
