I’m really torn about this place. When they get your order right, the food is absolutely fire — seriously, one of the best cheesesteaks around. But that’s a big “if.” I’m always very clear with how I want my order, and more often than not, they just throw something together however they feel like it. It’s frustrating because the food can be amazing, but the inconsistency makes it a gamble every time.

I had made an online order but on the way to pick up i was involved in a car accident. I could no longer get to the restaurant so I called and explained my situation. The girl on the phone said there was nothing she could do but she said she would inform her manager and suggested I email them. I did that and never heard back from anyone. Now I have to dispute a $23 charge because staff is lazy and insensitive. Terrible customer service

They auto charged a 20% tip on a pickup order after I changed it to reduce the amount. Feels like a scam.

Food was good, somehow cc was charged even when not tapped, so i had 2 cards charged for same meal! And no on will return my calls!

Super lame cheesesteak-- little baby bits of macerated and pulverized, low quality and flavorless meat. Is it beef? Who knows. Bread was tough, sandwich was falling apart. Is not hard to mess up something with 5 or less ingredients, but man did they succeed.
This place may have been famous once, like 22 years ago when it opens. I don't see a reason to come back any more: I've had better sandwiches cooked and served in a camp site in the woods with no modern cooking equipment. This place is lame and I'm convinced it's only still open to launder money.
No person in their right mind would eat here.

I was sooooo disappointed tonight after I brought my friend to this iconic Atlanta eatery known for its delicious cheesesteaks. I've lived in Atlanta for almost 30 years now and have eaten at Woodys many times over the years when I worked downtown. I used to come here when it was owned by a sweet Gay couple, but it's been over 10 years since I last ate here. Long story short, the late night eating spots are limited and we just keaft a concert and we're hungry, so I told my friend we should go to Woodys because they always have delicious cheesesteaks. Well, to my disappointment, I found out that the original owners sold the business and they are under new management. The cheesesteak was disgusting! The bun was old and reheated, beef was dry, and the cheese wasn't cheesing! When I provided my feedback to the staff, they just said, "Do I want some steak sauce, and they only put two pieces of cheese on a 12 inch sub!" Sad! I hate when restaurants aren't consistent with their quality food standards! I won't be coming back here again!

Let me just say I appreciate reasonable prices. I got Cheesesteak Philly with peppers $10.25. Almost unheard of, anywhere. The cashier, Misael, was patient with a smile.
Came in just to try it, didn't have any real expectations but it was so good I ordered another before leaving. Thanks for the goodness. It would be nice to have more options but oh well.
Hello I do Uber eats part-time today I was given a boot on my vehicle because there wasn't any parking in your parking lot upon me arriving which cost me $75 I'm contacting you about a reimbursement I was not there long the order I was picking up was huge order with about 10 cheese steaks so it took about maybe 10 minutes I sat outside on the concrete wall adjacent parking lot from your restaurant and within a matter of it seems like minutes was putting a boot on my car boot on my vehicle what can we do to rectify the situation so that I am reimbursed? Not only that he admitted that he seen me watching my vehicle and waited for me to go inside of the restaurant to put a boot on my vehicle that is predatory.

That's fine you not having control over the property next door but the problem is that it wasn't any parking at your establishment. Where am I supposed to park if there's no parking at your establishment? So again what can we do to rectify this?
