Try their phone number? Its nothing more than an ad for Woody’s. I wanted to report a missing item from my order, but after being greeted by a chatbot, I was sent to two more phone trees and ultimately cut off. No way to reach anyone in the store. I suggest better customer service would be to remove the phone number completely and relieve customers from this huge aggravation.
ordered an uber eats order from this location. For some reason the order wasn’t showing in there system but the uber sent 3 drivers to the location for the order. I contacted the restaurant and the gentleman who answered was rude . He kept telling me he wasn’t making the order without taking a moment to hear what I was saying to him about the order . . I eventually I called uber and they canceled and refunded. This was an overall bad experience. As a restaurant manager I hope that my staff never speaks to anyone like this . System’s sometimes glitch take time to figure out the problem.

The late night crew always does an exceptional job. At night, there are long lines filled with drunk people babbling and they still get orders out quickly. Charlie, Kenzie, and Mondo are the all star crew for sure!

I’ve had the Italian sandwich twice now and when I tell you it is literally one of the best sandwiches I’ve EVER had from a chain restaurant!!! Forget the cheesesteaks!! Order the Italian!! You will not regret it!!!! Sorry I forgot to take photos!

Steak was dry, skimpy, and not cheesy. What kind of roll is this? I do not know how this place has a 4 star rating. To be honest Dave's isn't much better but i heard good things about this place too and both are garbage. I'm from Philly and I have been to some good places outside of Philly and this is not one of them. Your employees are not professional but that kind of reminded me of home ?
