This place uses racial slurs on their receipts to identify their customers when you’re black. Once this customer saw her receipt and noticed that you called her “DARKY” She asked for her money back and you told her no. this is insane and I hope she sues you. Well, the good news is you are all TikTok famous.

As a Philly native born/raised I approve of this place 👌hot cheesy delicious cheese steaks with soft rolls. I had the chicken cheese steak too. Top tier 👍Even the Phat Dog was good!

The restaurant was a disaster from the start. The stale, disgusting food was barely edible, a far cry from the menu's promises. Rude and inattentive customer service only added to the unpleasant experience. It was clear there was poor management, as no one seemed to care about the patrons. The facility itself was filthy, with unkempt notices and a pervasive sense of neglect. As if that wasn't enough, patrons even spotted roaches and rats scurrying through the dining area. The tables were sticky, the floors were grimy, and the restrooms were a biohazard. This establishment is a prime example of how not to run a business. A health inspector's visit is long overdue. Save your money and eat somewhere, anywhere, else.
