Woody's is obviously a classic staple in Atlanta, the Irby Ave location is no different. Although this location is the newest it sees hundreds of customers a day. The food is always ready within 2 minutes and the service is always warm, kind and welcoming. You see the same faces every visit which gives it the small restaurant feel that it is. All in all you know what Woody's is just like I do, never change, keep this successful formula going!

Try their phone number? Its nothing more than an ad for Woody’s.
I wanted to report a missing item from my order, but after being greeted by a chatbot, I was sent to two more phone trees and ultimately cut off. No way to reach anyone in the store.
I suggest better customer service would be to remove the phone number completely and relieve customers from this huge aggravation.
