I was given a personal assistance while trying to figure out what to choose for the team today. While I read there front counter notice in regards to the kiosk, another of their members checked on me. As a first time customer, this was a great start to an amazing foodship!

My wife and I had the pleasure of having lunch at Zeats Atlanta last Friday, and it turned out to be an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and were fortunate enough to meet the owners. They were exceptionally hospitable, making sure we felt at home.

The highlight of our visit was their generosity. The owners went above and beyond, offering us a chance to sample nearly all of their soups—an unexpected and incredibly kind gesture! I personally had the butternut squash soup, which was rich, flavorful, and perfectly comforting.

For the main course, I opted for their flatbread. The crust had the perfect level of crispiness, while the ingredients were plentiful and well-balanced.It’s such an outstanding taste I would highly recommend to anyone visiting.Zeats Atlanta.

Came in after a Long day of work looking for a tasty snack and Z eats did not disappoint! Their Cali sandwich is absolutely to die for! I was assisted by a young man named Trevaughn who made sure my every bit of my experience went great. Would definitely eat here again and I recommend trying this place if you’re ever in the area.

I recently visited Z!eats again, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the service was fast and friendly, making me feel welcome. The food presentation was top-notch, You could tell the quality of the ingredients was fresh.

What’s even better is that my visit two months ago had left me disappointed, but this time, Z!eats completely redeemed itself. The improvements in both service and food were evident, and I’m so glad I gave it another try. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Today, I decided to grab lunch from this new restaurant for my wife and I, Z!Eats. This was the start of my bad decisions for the day. My second bad decision was when I attempted to order online and the app didn’t allow modifications to my order. It only allowed me to leave notes. So I wrote my wife's order down and went to the restaurant to place our order. Placing our order with the lady at the register was the most painful experience. She wasn't familiar with the menu, ingredients, or the order operating system. Again, my third bad decision of the day was continuing with my order in hopes that it would come out correct. Needless to say, it was wrong. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. I noticed this after getting home. So I called to inform them and went back to the restaurant. I immediately noticed the disconnection between the cook and the lady who took my order. She selected the wrong items for my ticket, so he made the wrong sandwich. But niether one of them wanted to own the issue. They made me feel like I was the issue amd continued to bicker amounst each other. After today's experience I won't patronize this establishment. It is a clear case of when bad service outweights a good product. It was a clean establishment and the product seemed fresh. But after having to re-do my meal, the quality and presentation decreased. The person who is present atthe fron counter of your business is the face of your etablishment and most times the only interaction with customers. Having someone in this position who has more questions about the menu than the customer is no help. This was my $35 I threw away today.

I’m all for supporting a “locally owned and operated” business as it says in their front door, but this was my second time eating here and it’s just not good food, especially for the price. I paid $13 for half a chicken salad sandwich and 8 oz of really gross soup that is clearly not the chicken noodle soup I ordered. I just can’t. The sandwich bread was good, but there were hardly and ingredients on it! If you go to Henri’s or Jack’s (even Publix, not to mention Original Chopped and Panera) or any of the similar establishments around you are going to get much better food and a lot more food for that price. I have tried 4 of their soups and didn’t really love any of them, even though I’m a big soup person. This place has potential, but they need to do something about the quality :(

Sounds like rudeness is a major theme … I was waiting for my ride while it was raining and sat under the awning. I was told to get up and stand in the rain. Yikes!

We ordered carry out. The chicken noodle soup had rice instead of noodles. The receipt said no charge but my credit card statement says otherwise. We also paid the up charge for a full bowl of soup but only received the regular size.

I've been to zeats about 3 times and each time it gets more amazing. The food there is delicious and it just feels way healthier than any fast food restaurant. The owner is typically there and it's very nice, but there is one employee that does give off a little rude but Overall, it's nice.It's clean there's fresh drinks amazing

First and last time trying this place. I got a chicken Caesar wrap and the lettuce was rotting. Not just a little piece, like all of it. Not Safe!
