I had a tuna sandwich and zapp's chips. Perfect duo! The tuna was a surprising delight and the chips were such a compliment! Even the bread was soft and tasty!!!

The food itself was good, and the spot is located inside a food-court–style space with plenty of seating, which initially made it very appealing. As first-time customers, we were excited to try this place after seeing it on TikTok. Unfortunately, the customer service completely overshadowed the experience.

We arrived around 6:36 pm and weren’t greeted at all when we walked up — one employee had their back turned, and there was no acknowledgment. When another staff member did approach us, the interaction felt rushed and standoffish, almost as if we were being hurried along.

What made the situation even more disappointing was seeing the cashier become noticeably more friendly once other customers arrived — smiling, joking, and engaging with them — which made us feel overlooked. I’m not sure if it was because we arrived when it was empty, but it still left a bad impression.

Customer service is everything, especially for first-time guests, and sadly the only lasting memory from this visit was the poor service. Because of that, I wouldn’t return. It’s a shame, because the food itself was good and had real potential.

One of the best sandwich places! At first glance the sandwiches seem like crazy combinations but it is always delicious! I highly recommend coming as soon as they open because the wait can be very long during lunchtime… but the wait speaks for itself, people love this place and the food is worth the wait!

I absolutely love this sandwich shop! I will say that today was my 3rd visit and the owner was not there and my chicken ceasar just wasn’t the same. Chicken was pretty tough and the kale was a bit too earthy if that makes sense. That sandwich isn’t cheap only reason I care so much! lol Maybe get all employees up to speed on exactly how to perfect it how you do it. Other than that, no complaints!

Absolutely loved the viral chicken Cesar sandwich!! I got mine on Rye bread and did the “baby” option. It was huge! A great amount of food for the price. The lady working was alone and she was backed up but she worked diligently to fill orders and I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of the food hall. The dressing is next-level. I’d definitely come back!

I recently visited Zaddy and while the food was really good, the customer service was terrible. The cashier and the manager were very rude and unpleasant, which made the experience disappointing. There was one young man with dreads who was very nice and respectful and he was the only person who made me feel welcome. I hope management improves their customer service because the food definitely deserves better representation.

Fabulous sandwiches and even better service. Grabbed dinner before going to symphony hall. The staff and the owner were amazing. 15/10!

I'm from the bay area, California and visited Atlanta. I had Zaddys October 21st in the afternoon. The lady working the register was so sweet and friendly! She provided top tier customer service. Culturally, I'm Mexican-American and her calling me baby girl made me feel so warm inside, its the equivalent of when a Mexican lady calls you mija. I didnt get the lady's name but she made my experience so positive!

The sandwich i got was the baby chicken cesar salad on french baguette. It was really well seasoned and for 'baby size', it was BIG! Highly recommend Zaddys. My only regret is not getting a dessert. The space that Zaddys is located in is super clean and had beautiful ambiance. The ladies' room was pretty and again, super clean. I will definitely be back on any future trips to Atlanta.

The sandwich was just ok. Just like a few others, I followed the hype on the internet but ended up disappointed. I felt like a rabbit trying to get through the mountain of kale in the sandwich. Throwing raw kale on a sandwich without breaking it down 1st is crazy. Additionally, there were 2 very thin slices of chicken. Kale should be massaged with oil & lemon BEFORE adding to a sandwich. This method would help break down the roughness of the kale & more digestible. No one wants to be chewing on the stems of kale while trying to enjoy a sandwich. That’s like leaving the stem on your collard greens & expecting people to enjoy them.

This place is the true definition of excellent! I stumbled upon Zaddy's while on a work trip to Atlanta, and I cannot stop thinking about it! The food is unforgettable, the service is second to none, and the quality was astounding. Cannot recommend this wonderful place enough!
