We came in after a very large group of kids and they did wonderful! Everyone was friendly the food came hot and fast. Clean restaurant. I was so impressed how well they did with that group and didn’t let service slip with the other guest. Shout out to the general manager he was handling the shift so well

I’ve given Zaxby’s a few chances, but unfortunately, it consistently falls short. The food is mediocre at best—nothing to write home about. It’s often lukewarm, overly greasy, or just lacking flavor. But what really seals the deal is the customer service, which is consistently terrible. Orders are frequently wrong, the staff seems uninterested or unhelpful, and basic courtesy feels like an afterthought. For the prices they charge, you’d expect a much better overall experience.

This location surprised me. Due to the previous reviews I’ve been avoiding coming to this Zaxby’s although it’s the closest one to me.
Today, I finally decided to try it. The food was delicious, my fries were hot , and the drive through moved fast. The Customer Service was good - which really matters. Truly impressed.

It crazy that they closed the lobby a hr before closing. i had a pickup order, and they should say something on the door. We are paying customers. The food is going to be cold once we pick it up .

The workers are so kind and nice. I’m really upset that this Zaxbys locations has a worker outside during the Georgia summer working the drive thru in 90+ degree weather. This is horrendous. Workers should not be subject to this. Your team is amazing, treat them as such!

Zaxby’s food is typically good. If it is a problem with it, it’s usually because the cook that is making it wrong.
The nibblers sandwich meal was good per usual, my partner got the strips meal and he loved them. First time eating there, so that is a good sign they doing something right.
I just feel sometimes it is over seasoned and salty…
I'm sorry to say this but I'm being Honest 🙏🏾. My first time being there I got a salad next time I will check ✔️ it😳😳. The tomatoes with light rubber, dry out..I don't have a car someone treated me 😭

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Zaxby’s. As clearly shown in the picture, I ordered lemon pepper dry wings, but what I received was a small, underwhelming portion that resembled a baby wing—totally unacceptable for the price. The size and quality were despicable.
While I will say the line moved quickly and the young lady who took my order was very kind and professional, the food did not match the standard of service. If Zaxby’s wants to retain loyal customers, they need to seriously reevaluate portion sizes and quality control.

Food is amazing Fries are crunchy, tenders are delicious and fried perfectly, bread was amazingly toasted, and the sprite was so good it was kicking it wasn’t weak. Customer service was immaculate
