I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Zaxby’s. As clearly shown in the picture, I ordered lemon pepper dry wings, but what I received was a small, underwhelming portion that resembled a baby wing—totally unacceptable for the price. The size and quality were despicable.
While I will say the line moved quickly and the young lady who took my order was very kind and professional, the food did not match the standard of service. If Zaxby’s wants to retain loyal customers, they need to seriously reevaluate portion sizes and quality control.

Food is amazing Fries are crunchy, tenders are delicious and fried perfectly, bread was amazingly toasted, and the sprite was so good it was kicking it wasn’t weak. Customer service was immaculate

It's crazy that they close the lobby a whole hour early just to have customers waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes for simple orders! I pulled up at 10:20pm, on Saturday, May 17, 2025, and I'm still waiting at 10:49pm! Since I couldn't walk in and grab my order!

Food is good but has gotten very expensive! 10 wings no fries or drink for $17 is ridiculous. I might over look the price is the service was better but those young women that work in this location are absolutely abysmal!! They have an attitude and are so rude! I've been disrespected more than once but decided to leave a review today because something needs to change.

I come to this location a few times a week. I can say that the manager Brandon is amazing with helping out very polite and professionalFood is always great. Great customer service. cashiers are always friendly when I come in!!!!!

I love how this Zaxby's family meal deals are in fancy boxes instead of styrofoam containers.
I love coming here every other weekend. I always order the Zaxby's fries and they taste delicious and are always hot and perfectly seasoned. However, a problem came about on today of Friday November 15th, when I ordered y'alls birthday cake milkshake. And As soon as I grabbed the cup, the TOP POPPED OFF !!!! AND THE TOP PART OF THE DRINK SPILT EVERYWHERE !!!! And no I did not grab the cup too tightly ! And even after me trying to put the top back on it, it kept popping off over and over. So PLEASE get sturdier tops to go on y'alls drinks !!!! McDonalds has very solid lids to go on top of all of their cups but y'all don't. So if you are going to fill a drink up to the tippy top, get cups and lids that SNAP ! Not lids that will pop off easily like y'alls do. So other than that incident, I still love coming to this Zaxby's spot. Just make sure to make improvements to some things ! (Like the lids on the cups)

I've been on a grilled chicken Cobb Salad with NO Cheese or Fried Onions, Kick here lately. It's a pretty big salad.. And you can't go wrong with a medium sweet Tea!!! ^
