Insane wait times

They let Uber eats drivers take orders without making them confirm, and when another driver is reassigned they refuse to make the food. Don’t service here

This is probably the worst zaxbys i’ve been to. We dined in here tonight and they made us wait 45 minutes before even bringing the food. We had to go back up to the counter where we were met with a nasty attitude. Will not be coming back and will be contacting home office.

Waited for 30 minutes at the drive-thru speaker, then went inside to wait over an hour. I will never be back at this Zaxby's. I asked for both of my boneless Wing meals to be teriyaki one came barbecue and this is what my child's Grilled Cheese look like. Just a heads up to whoever thinks about eating here.

I order cheddar bites since they came out. I took my order back in because they were almost burnt. For her to hand me back the same ones. I guess she the manager with dreads but this is horrible and I will never be back here. I said maybe it’s time to change the grease i have worked for sever fast food restaurant as management and I would never. Do better

Fries just need to be properly in rotation so that they’re fresh when giving to customers. The lemon pepper sauce maybe put a lighter amount on there, it’s salty.

This Zaxby's is always chaotic and poorly run. My most recent and last visit was with a Delivery order pre-scheduled. The order wasn't ready when the driver arrived and then they failed to include 75% of what I ordered. Despite that, they would only refund half of what I paid. Overall - very frustrating experience and poor service.

Their iced coffee is always smooth and well balanced.

I stopped by Zaxby’s last night, and even though it was super busy, the team handled everything really well The line moved quickly, my order came out hot and fresh, and the staff stayed friendly and upbeat the whole time. You could tell they were working hard to keep everyone happy, and it really showed. Great food, great service, even under pressure definitely appreciate the effort they put in 💗

Every time I visit Zaxby’s, I feel genuinely welcomed! The staff always greets me with a smile and makes sure my order is just right. The food comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor you can tell they care about quality. I especially love how the dining area is always clean and comfortable, making it a great spot to sit down and enjoy a meal. The Zax Sauce is still my favorite, and the chicken is always cooked perfectly. It’s nice to go somewhere that consistently delivers great food and great service.
