Coleslaw is fermented. Absolutely disgusting after eating a decent meal for that to be the last flavor. This location needs a health inspector visit.

Baby, the manager on duty here during the time I visited and ate, was Yanet. She took my order, repeated to me, and the food was fresh and hot like always. The restaurant was immaculate like my mother's home. I have never witnessed a restaurant with so much cleanliness in my life. Bathrooms were immaculate, mirrors clean, floors clean. Even the outside was extremely clean along with the windows too. Ms. YANET and her team are doing it. I felt the need to post because it needs to be known. Thank you for your outstanding customer service for everyday people like me. God bless.

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a fast food restaurant, but I thought to come by Zaxby’s today. It was a lovely day and I just happen to see them. Try the new meal with shrimp and tenders paid $17 for a small meal and was denied a drink refill Because I originally purchased strawberry lemonade and I paid a hefty up charge for strawberry lemonade. I have never paid a dollar plus for a flavor and the woman directed me to their machine to pick out a soda. They had no juice options available besides hi-c lemon, lime or grape all the workers were nice it’s not their fault but wow in today’s society 17 dollars on a basic lunch

This how it’s supposed to be, fries was fresh asf and cooked perfectly, lightly seasoned 🤌🏾 ordered dipped tenders and they’re covered in sauce 10 outta 10

This is our neighborhood Zaxby's and it is going downhill. Just ordered an Asian slaw and 2 nibblerz sandwiches. Slaw tasted and LOOKED like it was Days old. Did not taste fresh at all. The chicken in the sandwiches also tasted old. This is even after my asking them if they could make the sandwiches fresh, as I recently have experienced getting stale food from them. Not a good fast food place to eat any more.
