Not happy. Stopped there after work to get a salad with chicken. Got home and there's no chicken smh. As long as I waited in line the order should have been correct. If I had the time, I would have taken it back.

Received no service due to the store not being opened and it is 10:32am . A customer pulled up and pulled the door just to confirm it is not open as of yet. This location may need better management.

Waited to get a pick up order as they continue to act like I wasn’t standing at the register for something. I already ordered that y’all don’t even know if I already ordered or not because I haven’t even sent it to me yeah, very professional.

The drive through line literally does not move… been in line for 15-25 min before even ordering and then food was cold. Make it make sense

I have realized I like Shane's Rib Shack nuggets much better... they are real chicken & they have lemon pepper sauce. Zaxbys chicken sandwich will be what I order when I want Zaxbys.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Zaxby’s location really had the audacity to serve me and my mother two overpriced beds of lettuce and call it a Zensation Zalad. No slaw, a sprinkle of wonton strips, no teriyaki drizzle—just dry leaves, a few scraps of chicken, and two sad little packets of dressing. Oh, and the egg rolls? Cold. I had to ask for one that was missing, but at this point, it didn’t even matter.
This was not a minor mistake—this was straight-up theft. I paid $25.24 for rabbit food, and instead of eating dinner, I had to go home and cook. And before anyone asks, no, they weren’t busy. If they were out of ingredients, they should have said so instead of serving up half a salad and a full disappointment.
I wouldn’t come back here if they were handing out free meals. Do better, Zaxby’s.

Today I spent about 30 or more minutes in the drive thru line, the line is too long and there isn't any way to get off the line which is ridiculous. This is not good for people who are in a hurry or have other businesses to attend to. However, the food is good and I don't have a problem with anything they serve but the line is just way too long and no sense of urgency. This is not the first time I had to wait in the line for more than 30 minutes.
