Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I have realized I like Shane's Rib Shack nuggets much better... they are real chicken & they have lemon pepper sauce. Zaxbys chicken sandwich will be what I order when I want Zaxbys.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Zaxby’s location really had the audacity to serve me and my mother two overpriced beds of lettuce and call it a Zensation Zalad. No slaw, a sprinkle of wonton strips, no teriyaki drizzle—just dry leaves, a few scraps of chicken, and two sad little packets of dressing. Oh, and the egg rolls? Cold. I had to ask for one that was missing, but at this point, it didn’t even matter.
This was not a minor mistake—this was straight-up theft. I paid $25.24 for rabbit food, and instead of eating dinner, I had to go home and cook. And before anyone asks, no, they weren’t busy. If they were out of ingredients, they should have said so instead of serving up half a salad and a full disappointment.
I wouldn’t come back here if they were handing out free meals. Do better, Zaxby’s.

The drive thru and the inside is very long it shouldn’t take this long to take people order. I been in this line since 9:17pm and it’s 9:57pm . There was only 3 cars in front of me now that’s sad af

Today I spent about 30 or more minutes in the drive thru line, the line is too long and there isn't any way to get off the line which is ridiculous. This is not good for people who are in a hurry or have other businesses to attend to. However, the food is good and I don't have a problem with anything they serve but the line is just way too long and no sense of urgency. This is not the first time I had to wait in the line for more than 30 minutes.

i’ve been going to this location since i moved to the area and it doesn’t deserve all the bad reviews. the employees are young but professional, and you can tell they move as quickly as possible even when there’s a rush or a lot of people which is very often. i’ve never had food that tasted bad or wasn’t warm. everyone moves precisely and even if it takes a while (which it will if there’s a lot of people there, y’all 🙄) how good the food is makes up for it. the meals, the milkshakes; everything is delicious. the employees listen if you want something extra too and go that extra mile. 10/10 location!!

These employees endure so much traffic and difficult customers and still provide GREAT customer service! And the food is GREAT too! Came tonight and my family is happy

Don't waste your time going to this location. The wait time for your food is at least 25 minutes. They take your order at the drive through and have you sit in the parking lot for way too long. The workers stand around talking, laughing and dancing. Which is very frustrating when you're picking up fast food. THERE IS NOTHING FAST ABOUT GETTING YOUR FOOD. You are better off cooking a meal at home. They also did not provide a receipt and had orders mixed up as they brought them to the parking lot. You've been warned!

I ordered a zax pack in drive thru. I waited about 10 minutes for my food no problem. I got home attempted to eat a fry and realized there was a funny taste then I bit one of the tenders and it tasted and smell like burnt metal so all I ended eating was the toast. What a waste of my money.
