Terrible location sorry but you shouldn’t have to wait 40 min for a Cobb salad that you placed an online order for. No accountability from management on duty whatsoever. Terrible location

This location should close down their curbside because they ignore their curbside patrons, even though the designated parking spots are right in front of the drive thru window. They make eye contact and never say anything, just letting you wait forever until you walk inside. Terrible service! And making someone from curbside go inside to pay for a sauce instead of letting them quickly pay at the window is ridiculous.

GM Told me his name was Tay. Doubt that’s his real name. Placed an order on zaxbys app, app said order would be ready at 1:01 get there @1:01. GM hands me my food.. I inspect to find out my fries were called. I asked for fresh fries and was told no. I then asked for a refund. Was instructed to call online. Was told that since that location is independently owned someone from that store would contact me. I then went to Tay and asked would he be the one that would reach out to me. He said yes. With that being said I asked for my refund right there on the spot and was still told no. Zaxbys this is not how you do business. Never going to a independent location again

this is a horrible place got my whole entire order wrong gave me the wrong size drinks and then didn’t give me the specialty drink that I ordered handed me a cup and when I told them they wouldn’t give me my drink that I paid for

Ordered grill salad. Got more like grilled chicken scraps. The quality of this Zaxbys has gotten very bad. They simply do not care for the quality of food presented. Maybe it’s because it’s at Camp Creek they do not care for their community like other Zaxbys I’ve been too . It shows and it’s bad .

On Friday evening, February 27th, I visited this establishment. The service was subpar, and the queue was excessively long, spanning 15 to 20 minutes for placing an order and another 15 to 20 minutes for receiving the food. Furthermore, the Freestyle Coca-Cola machine was malfunctioning. One of the machines was inoperative due to water leakage from the bottom, resulting in a wet and slippery surface. The flow indicator was also non-functional, causing water to spill all over the area. Additionally, the other machine was out of flavor options, preventing us from mixing our drinks. The establishment provided no napkins or lids for our beverages. The dining room was in a state of disarray, and the tables were extremely dirty, with water pooling on them. The staff did not attend to the dining room, and I will never return to this location.

Terrible waited 40 minutes for my food twice when I ordered ahead for pick up and they forgot my sauce every time.for company that makes you pay extra for the sauces absolutely terrible.

It wasn't really busy inside but orders were still slow. Staff is okay, the cashier was very pleasant. Food was good, chicken strips were not over cooked and the fries were soft
