Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The training manager, McKayla, waited on us and was absolutely wonderful. In fast food places, I usually get people who have a flat affect and just glare at you. This young lady smiled, was super friendly and helped me get the salad the way I wanted it. She was so professional and conscientious. Zaxby’s, give this girl a promotion!!!!!

The main negative at Zaxby's is there very stingy with their sauces. Need to follow Chick-fil-A give me as many sausages as you ask for.

Please get some exterior lights for the drive-thru! I visited at 8:30 PM and the menu wasn’t even visible due to poor lighting.

Trying too hard to be chick fil a. They got the people outside taking orders around the corner from their menu. And the people taking orderhave no menu. So I guess they feel like having someone stand outside so I CAN GOOGLE YOUR MENU IN MY CAR WAIT FOR IT TO LOAD THEN PLACE MY ORDER. Is somehow a better system then letting me use your gd menu

Zaxbys charges too much for the quality of food they serve. My DRY RUB Lemmon pepper wings were not as advertised. The wings were undercooked I had to put them in the air fryer when I got home and the fries were old and like warm. The house salad barely had any chicken on it and my tea was warm…No ice…all for $50 I could’ve gone to an actually decent restaurant and gotten more for my money vs a fast food joint. I used to love Zaxbys but this is my last time spending money with them especially this location.

Fries were cold and soggy. No sauce for my chicken lemon pepper chicken tenders. I ordered chocolate chip cookies didn't even get those!!!

Quick, personal drive up service (like Chick-fil-A) which was a welcomed surprise during lunchtime! Hot food cooked to perfection and delivered quickly at drive thru!! Great experience!!
