The slowest Zaxby and you never get all your food
The store hours are open until 10 , me and 2 other cars pull up at around 9:05 pm and we are all just sitting there at the intercom, so I call the store number and an employee answers the phone I ask are you open because myself and two other cars are at the intercom and the employee says we are closed and gives no explanation ; only on Fulton industrial blvd

I am a HUGE sucker for Zaxby's, and of every location I have ever been to, this is one of the better ones. I've never had a problem with my order and the food is always hot and tastes great whenever I order it. I love the interior of every Zaxby's locations with the historic signs and different items you can look at upon the walls. Zaxby's has a specific vibe whenever you come in and I love it. The restaurant is also always pretty clean whenever I come in (or maybe I am too hungry to notice if there is any mess, but if you don't see it, it isn't there. :)) The only thing I will knock is that the service can sometimes be a bit rough. I get that fast-food is not the most fun or enjoyable environment to work in, but some more enthusiasm and quicker service when taking orders would go a long way.

Nooooooo mam. I patronize every time my son come and 1. Customer service can be much better. These young kids don't care. But I digress ..they only display what they ate taught. They have no customer service skills and the food ...the food my God was horrible. Zaxby is charging too much for this food.. my loaded fries was dry...like how are fries dry? But they were $9.99. And we ordered more food that was $27.00. Smdh! Come on neighborhood food

Drive thru over charged me for food I did not get.
Messed up my order the first time. I let them know in the survey and they called me back that same night to rectify the situation. Excellent and timely customer service !! Will be back to this location.

Good size chicken wings wimpy not to spicy get the next one up and clear French fries ? .. peach sweet tea was with no flavor but lady got me another one and was good...good customer service
