This Zaxby’s was very nice to me Great customer service
Truly enjoyed coming to this zaxby’s usually the drive thru takes a while but this was super smooth and at a good paste sharquiata at the window was very sweet and had a very positive attitude❤️‼️
I haven’t got the food yet but the lady at the drive through just made me want to go away. I already paid the o line order though… she doesn’t want to work here. Really bad customer service, never again. I got a McDonalds closer .
This location is by my house and I got 1-2 times a week. For the last few months it's been awful. Way under cooked chicken, 10minutes wait when there's only 1-2 people in the drive thru (guessing under staffed a lot), getting orders wrong or having only small cups? Feels like they got a new management or ownership and it's terrible.
Adrian was VERY helpful patient and respectful. Very clean store and EVERYTHING was in my bag.
The manager served us because they were busy. He went in the back and fixed our order his self. I know why he is the manager.

Catered a company lunch and it was great!
everytime I come here they always forget the sauces. every single time. and everytime I ask if the sauces are in the bag they give me attitude and say it is but it's never. or if I let them know there isn't any sauce, they give me one sauce for 3 meals.

It's always something at this store. Today, out of nowhere, they said they're only doing mobile orders. No warning or anything.
They don't follow instructions, don't give you what you ask for in your order, long wait
