The place is good, but the orders are very bad. I placed my order online and it took too long. Besides, I ordered wings with fingers and they only gave me the fingers, I asked for sweet and they gave me under sweet. They have to improve.

Placed a mobile order & had "extra fries" added to one of the orders. The amount of fries in the container is the same amount as the one with the regular amount of fries in it. I came inside and the little girl in at the front went to ask the cook and he said that it was extra fries. So because he said so, that was that. So she turns to me and says "He said that's extra fries" and THEN proceeds to walk away.... I wasn't about to argue over fries, I was just going to order another side of them. But she walked away. Didn't even ask if there was anything else I wanted or just stayed there so she could hear me say I'd let to order another side of them then. Just disappeared. I ordered then through the mobile app since no one apparently wanted to come up there to help. The other girl in the drive thru just sat there looking and snickering like something was funny. When the other girl returned back to the front, she went to the girl in the drive thru and just started talking while I'm still standing right there. I guess watching someone stand at the counter and not going to check to see what they wanted was the funny part. When I saw her bag the fries and set them aside I told her those were for me since I apparently couldn't order with her. I never had issues with this location before. But that type of service is ridiculous. Aren't you supposed to be at the front counter when there are guests there???

I ordered 2 meals at the Drive Thru..
BIG HUGE MISTAKE!! After sitting at the drive thru for at least 25mins...I saw at least 4 vehicles give up and some I found in the lobby. After waiting for this one customers order...I lost my patience. I drove around this one person and parked in front of her in order to "inconvenience her" as much as she inconvenienced everybody else. She was scary looking though the drive thru. I raced in and demanded my order. Maybe you could get the employees to ask customers with a difficult order to pull ahead so other customers can get there food and go!!!
P.S. To top things off... my order was wrong 😕 😑 🙄😬🤔

I'm not one to complain easily, but as an avid Zaxby's customer and long-time rewards member, I have say this is one goes up there as the worst experience I've had to-date. I ordered online for a pickup time of 7:15. When I arrived, the workers walked back and forth looking right at me and other customers waiting with no acknowledgement. Some customers left for having to wait so long. When I told one the girl (with the pink hair) about my pickup time not being ready, she interjected and retorted "Izz not ready" and then walked way. I asked when it would be and she completely ignored me. Finally got her to say it'd be 5 more minutes which ended up being closer to 15. I picked up my food around 7:45. There was also another customer who was there before me who got her food about 15 AFTER mine. I told the girl she's got to treat her customers better than that to which she rolled her eyes and walked away. If anyone cares about this sort of thing - especially being so close to HQ in GA, this location is in need of serious improvement! The bar Zaxby's has set is too high to settle for this customer DIS-service.

this location usually disappoints me but most recently they even forgot to put the Zax Sauce on the nibblers, and forgot the extra sauce I asked for at the speaker . It’s a sorry business indeed

This is the nastiest zaxbys I’ve been too. Restrooms are clean. Neither is the dining area. Soda machine smells horrible. Just needs a good janitor.

The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty, and they served about two people who ordered after us. There was also a very bad smell near the soda machine.

Inconsistent but in the end, it's Zaxby's.
There's a lot of chicken wing competition on this intersection but Zaxby's survives even with its inconsistent staff. I have to admit that I stop by, even though my orders are often wrong or slow.
Typically, I go through the drive thru and order the 5 wings with fries and 8oz of coleslaw. On this visit, I got those items but the coleslaw was warm. Sometimes, I get wings and fingers.
On the upside, the wings are usually great and I love their coleslaw. The fries vary more than the other items but, typically they're hot and crisp and delicious.
Dietary restrictions: They have a post about allergens and food sensitivities. I included it with my photos. But, the long and short of eating fast food is, if you're not okay with cross-contamination just don't do it.
Kid-friendliness: Have kids meals with a giant goldfish cookie. However, it's not a goldfish cracker, which my kid loves. It's a goldfish cookie.

I guess I should have read the reviews before trying to get a meal here. Apparently, it was my turn to wait 12 minutes in the drive thru without anyone ever responding. I did not assume the worst - I didnt assume it was deliberate laziness or incompetence. Because I have had reasonably decent service a couple of times prior, I went inside. Well it was the worst. Instead of just lazy and incompetent, I was actually threatened. They have crazy criminal employees there threatening customers with violence and an even more foolish manager encouraging them. If I could give -1000 negative 10 thousand stars I would.
