Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I order from here often, great food every time! Order is correct and food tastes fresh. Recently had an issue with a DoorDash driver not delivering our order after picking it up from the store (through app order). Manager was very understanding and remade our entire order (for more than 4 people) even though they were closing in less than 15 minutes. Very professional. Thank you Bella!

Update: they had a backup dasher at the store to get our remade order by the time we were picking up the order ourselves.

Today was my first time at this location, and I've had bad experiences before, but this was the worst. First of all, I went in at 7:27 pm, and the chairs were already stacked up. I ordered two meals, and they charged me different prices for each. I asked the girl about it MRS. Sharquiata and she said one was cheaper than the other and that's how it came up on the register. Then my food arrived, and everything was cold, from the chicken to the wings. I left half an hour later, and as soon as I walked out, they closed.never coming back to this location.

When I first walked in the atmosphere was very welcoming! Everyone was friendly and the restaurant was super clean. The manager took my order her name was Bella and she made great suggestions on what i should order because im very indecisive. After she took took my order she not only gave wonderful customer service but even went above and beyond to make sure my food was fresh and I left satisfied! I LOVE IT HERE!

Came here after catching a flat tire on the way home. I end up having a wonderful experience today at Zaxbys. My food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was so clean, even the restroom. I met the young lady Bella who identified her self as the general manager, she had great customer service skills, and was very polite, I never visited this Zaxbys before, even though it’s right up the street. I know I’ll be back this week.

My 5th time to this location , it’s always clean and the staff is always nice . This is my go to spot for great food and great service . I would highly recommend this place . I love the energy in this place . Special thanks to the manager Ms. Bella for going above and beyond to help me to my car with a large order . Love this place will be back again

I can see a big difference with this Zaxbys in particular the food was hot the service was Amazing and very prompt EVERYTIME I visit the GM Mills does an amazing job

Came in here the other day, manager absolutely SUCKED. She yelled at me because I asked how long the food was gonna be, she was yelling at her employees for no reason, making the store a complete uncomfortable environment.

Reggie service was great

Please watch out. The girl in the drive thru is stealing your card information. Went here this evening I seen her walk off but didn’t think anything of it. I didn’t even make it home within 10 mins of leaving my card number was being used in Florida at a Walmart. Called and asked for the manager. The person that answered said he was the manager and said she didn’t walk off. Either the person was not the manager or they working together. Please be careful at this location. Use Apple Pay if you can. Charges will be filed young lady.

Love this location they never disappoint and the staff energy is always great 🤗🔥 food is always fresh and hot and they don’t skimp out on the fries for kids meals like other locations. Thanks Jaylen and Skye for taking care of us today !

Reggie the manager deserves his own store. The food is always hot and fresh.This location gets a 100 for cleanliness. The cleanest location by far I have come across. Reggie the manager ( not sure of his last name🤗) He runs a tight ship and everyone works amazing together it flows. This is by far my favorite Zaxbys and Jean-Luc, Jacob and Shamara are all super friendly and beyond helpful. They always have a smile on their face each time I visit. Which is why I keep coming back. Keep up the great work guys!

I love this Zaxby’s so much! All the workers are always nice and respectful. My food was hot, my tenders were super tender and fresh, and my drink was filled all the way and ice-cold. They gave me all my sauces, and their milkshakes are always on point. The beautiful cashiers make my experience even better—like, they really make the whole visit twice as good.
