This place needs to be fully cleaned from top to the bottom. It have a nasty odor as soon as you open the door. The cashier guy is emotionally tapped out . The food took 15-25 mins which I understand it's only one cool. Nobody wants to work so I'm patient af. Anyways the food was DISGUSTING!!! Yuckkkk never ever again I ordered the Chili Dog footling with onion rings and no

The food is always a treat and the ice cream, even more so, but the customer service is about as lazy as it gets. Bathroom had no hand soap. Customer in front of me asked a gentleman at the cash register for soap for the bathroom. Gentleman behind the counter just stared at him and handed him a key to the other bathroom. Woman and man both had to use the same bathroom. There was hand towels. Then the gentleman behind the counter leaned back against the counter and started drinking a beverage instead of going to put hand soap in the bathroom.

Very RUDE ! I was not greeted when I walked in and several employees and the manger saw me come in. I asked for no pickles and the sandwich to be crispy and it had pickles and was soggy. I asked lady with the old ponytail and glasses to pass me my food because I saw it in the window and she told me "I cannot I have to finish making ice cream"

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. Trash EVERWHERE, your shoes stick to the floor it was very obvious they haven’t cleaned in a while. We told them specific instructions that we wanted on our food, we even told them a second time very politely because the receipt didn’t say our special request, the food STILL came out wrong… we waited obout 30 minutes for the food. And for me, this was the worst part it tasted like they opened a 5 pound bag of salt and dumped it straight into the hamburger meat ? will never go back.

The guy behind the counter obviously was working there long. The food took forever and my fries were burnt. Didn't even want ice-cream after because the food turned me off.

The building looks like the original & once you go inside it's confirmed. Original. I guess this place used to be another business before Zesto moved in because the taco menu is still on the counter. The inside needs a complete degreasing & cleaning but my fries & milkshake were tasty!! The young man taking my order looked & acted as if he would rather have been elsewhere. I drove out of my way to come here but that won't happen again. If your in the area cool if not please do not waste your gas or time. Go somewhere else.

I actually had to edit my last review. While truthful it was calibrated in an ugly way. I'll just say this. I did not enjoy my experience here, won't be coming back but the team was very nice.

We’ve been sitting in the parking lot waiting on it to open! Website says 11a! Employees are inside but doors are locked! One employee walked out to the dumpster to smoke! We’re leaving! We called but no one answered!

R and I stopped here recently for lunch, thinking that this was a place to get some good fast food. I should've read the reviews, or at least remember the last time we ate here, which was probably 6 or 7 years ago, because we would have ordered only ice cream. The free parking lot, which is shared with nearby businesses, holds many cars. Zesto is in a standalone building, and has been here for a long time, and it looks like an old diner. My dad calls places like this a "greasy spoon, " and the nickname fits this location very well. Customers go to the front counter to order, then pick up the order in the same area. The guy at the register was very nice, and courteous, and answered our questions about menu items. He provided very good customer service. I ordered a Steak Burger combo, and I upgraded to onion rings (instead of fries) and I got an unsweetened ice tea for my drink (as part of the combo. R ordered a chili dog combo, a Sprite to drink, and also upgraded to onion rings. We waited at one of the tables in the small-ish indoor dining area. Zesto also has an outdoor patio, but it was a little too warm outside. Within 15 minutes, our number was called for us to pick up at the counter. The food looked like it had potential, based on just the appearance. However, in this case, looks were deceiving. Our drinks were good! The onions were crunchy and the onions inside were thickly cut. However, they were very greasy and lacked flavor. R's chili dog would've been a lot better without the chili, which looked like a pureed mix of ground meat, and it was devoid of flavor. The bun was very dry. My high expectations of the steak burger were certainly not met. The bottom burger bun was very hard, like completely dried out. The well done (but not done well) burger patty tasted like the frozen ones found at buy-in-bulk stores.d I have to admit that the sweet tomato and the crunchy shredded lettuce were very good, but they just couldn't overcome the dry patty that was devoid of flavor. The food itself was two stars, but the very good service brought the overall rating to three stars. We may come back in the future, but only to get ice cream.

go here for the soft serve ice cream and skip the food which is all very greasy and sub par, both the vanilla and chocolate are great just like mister softee ice cream trucks up north. very similar to carvel. lock your car doors and keep your windows up. 5 stars for the ice cream alone.

I went to wash my clothes and wanted to try a hotdog. I was with my service dog and one of the employees gave me a dirty look and asked if he was a service dog. I said yes and she just kept giving me ugly stares. Everyone else was really nice, food was good. Even the dog liked his hotdog.l didn't feel comfortable with the employee giving me dirty looks as I went to get my food or walked by. So I didn't even finish my food just packed it up and left.

My friends and I were in the Buckhead area and really wanted ice cream. We'd heard of Zestos as an Atlamta staple and decided to check it out. Zestos has a pretty decent sized parking lot and no line when we went in. The menu is really simple, just standard fast food, but there were so many ice cream options! My friends and I got the vanilla and twist softserves with sprinkles as well as the Brown Crown (vanilla soft-serve hand-dipped in chocolate). This soft serve was AMAZING!! It was everything you want in an old school soft-serve. Both flavors tasted so good and both the waffle and sugar cones were pretty solid. We also got an order of fries. These were skinny crinkle cut and again, old school deliciousness. My only complaint is that they're not open later, but will definitely be making the trek out to visit again!

The service was great. Our orders were correct and refills were speedy. The food was okay. I liked the fries but the burgers and chili cheese fries definitely need improvement.

Zesto! Bomb wings and amazing strawberry sundaes! Really everything on the menu looks good but those two are hands down my favorite for the past 20+ years.
