I work for Tormenta FC, a professional soccer club in Georgia, and our team stopped by Zoe's on our way to a big match in South Carolina. Despite having a large group, Zoe's was absolutely fabulous with top notch service, and the food was amazing!Thank you, Zoe's!

Do not order food from here if you actually want it during lunch time. Definitely don’t make the mistake of ordering to pick up or deliver cause you may not ever get the food. Management is not empathetic or caring of the fact that you’ll be waiting over an hour past your pick up time. It’s just an oh well we are busy. They don’t answer the phone when you call so you are forced to drive up to the store and continue to wait and with no estimated time of completion and no communication. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Staff is rude to the point of hilarity. I visited this location twice and I was never greeted, but I was given attitude when asked if I could order. The salads are bland. The staff has great makeup, nice edges, and their eyebrows look nice. If they could transfer that artistry towards decent customer service and tastey salads this business would be amazing.

The food is good, but if you order online for pick up, don't expect your order to be ready when they say it will be. My confirmation email said my food would be ready for pick up at 12:50, and it was not ready until 1:15. I understand that lunchtime is busy in this area especially, but they should recalibrate the times they provide so customers aren't just waiting in the restaurant unnecessarily. If they had said 1:15 initially, I would have just shown up then and it would have been fine.

We went to eat around 3:30. We sat outside on the patio. The food was really good, fresh food, the customer service provided by Ivey was superior customer service. Ivey was great! My 9 year old said she should get double pay!! The manager was sitting down. When it got busy, he immediately jumped up, and got on a register. I highly recommend visiting.

I went there on Sun. 5/9 around 5pm. Once I arrived, I found out they were only doing curb side service. I placed an order while sitting in my car in the parking lot. After 20 minutes or so, an associate posted a note on the door stating they were closed. I asked about my order and was invited inside. My order was not ready and another associate said that my order came in after they closed. She said they were closed for about an hour. The ticket for my order as well as many others were still on the printer. They never were even looked at! I was told there was not a manager on duty to give me a refund as I prepaid for my order thru the app. I was also told that I had to call the next day to speak with the manager. I left without any food that I already paid for. I call the next day and spoke to a team lead who advised me that their GM had walked out and there still wasn't anyone there to provide my refund. I was invited to come in for a free meal. The problem with that was I was no longer in the area, that I was at home 50 miles away! I was told a manager would be in touch by today, Wednesday 5/12. It is 10:30 pm at night and never received a phone call. I hate this happened because I used to love going to other Zoe's locations. Since there aren't any in my area I was really looking forward to my meal.Expect to see a charge back from om my credit card company on this transaction. I have made last call on this matter.P.S. First off a big fan of Zoe's kitchen but after having multiple issues at this location decided it's just poorly run and worth avoiding. Today I placed an online order and arrived 25 min later to pick up and food wasn't ready (app said 15 min). Told me it would be up shortly but after standing around for another 30 mins (along with a room full of other people waiting for food) I asked to cancel my order. Said they "didn't have anyone there that could process a refund so would need to call me back about that". New customers walking in being told a 1 hour wait time (usually after they had already given their order). Said they were understaffed but looked to be plenty of employees there just nobody had a clue what was going on. Prepared food just sitting there for 20 - 30 mins getting cold. Complete disaster

I got my order Togo. They were busy so they informed me there was a wait for the food when I ordered, and food came out within the allotted time. The food was very tasty and I will be coming back.

The steak kabobs were cooked medium rare and really well seasoned. The roasted vegetables were raw and cold. Kinda disappointed.
