Very good experience here. The owner got everything ready in a hurry. The shake and tea were both amazing. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been wanting to stop for a while now and today finally said it was the day I needed a pick me up. I had the cool cucumber lime with b12 and other deliciousness. I immediately felt hydrated and energized. I will definitely be stopping again.

I’ve been wanting to stop in for a while now and I’m glad I did this morning! I was in and out super fast, both the salted caramel mocha drink and captain America were absolutely delicious, Definitely a new favorite spot!

I come here almost everyday after working out. The protein shakes are bomb and a great filler between meals. Always walk in and out with a smile as the staff is friendly.

You have to like Herbalife powders to enjoy any of these drinks and to be honest, Herbalife is just not very good or very clean.$10+ for a shake or tea and it doesn't taste good is a really disappointing experience. You can sprinkle cookies and marshmallows on anything but it still doesn't change the raunchy way Herbalife tastes.These are chain nutrition stores too, it's the equivalent of a pyramid model for chain stores, so each store owner who recruits another store owner gets a financial incentive in that locations success. ?

I recommend their shakes and/or teas! My favorites are the Mint Chocolate Chip and Banana Pudding. Great for a healthy meal supplement and i like the fact I am not hungry nor feel like snacking in between meals. Miguel and Lydia (owners) provide excellent customer service and make you feel like family. Crossroads Nutrition is our forever go to place! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend!

Whenever I need a quick meal replacement or some energy. I always know I can stop here and get taken care of. The best around and super nice place to hang and talk.

The drinks are So Yummy and I love knowing just how healthy they are too! The Jimmy Buffett is my favorite. The atmosphere is so laid back and Kid friendly but very clean as well. Highly recommend!!!!
