The food is bad and poor Quality and I ordered a pasta with no cheese and they covered it with cheese and and no sauce in the pasta or on the pizza and the cookie is burnt and skipped us on the toppings

I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and never got it they then called me after 2 whole hours just to say that they was closing and that they can’t bring my pizza … I waited all that time and they lied saying they were closing they are still open
I placed a mobile order waited until the app said my order was ready went into the store to pick it up and the man who was working informed me it would be another five minutes. I responded by saying that the app informed me my order was ready and he turned around and told me it was right there sitting at the end of the belt. I asked if it was going to take 5 minutes to box it up. He informed me it would because he had other things that would catch on fire if he left it. I completely understand being busy but there were four other employees in the building so I got to stand there and watch my food get cold while waiting for it to be boxed. If he had been the only employee I would have completely understood because I have been there, but being rude to me while others stand there and watch me wait was uncomfortable and pointless.

This Pizza Hut literally went above and beyond with my order. I’m a huge pepperoni lover and asked for extra pep. I was not disappointed in the least! We frequent this Pizza Hut and they always have friendly service and do anything to make everything right!

We tried this location several years ago and it was not good. We tried again tonight. We asked for extra sauce on 1 of our pizzas. We were so disappointed. The crust taste like cardboard and there wasn't hardly any sauce at all on both pizzas. Very disappointed with Pizza Hit. They really have gone Downhill!

Order 3 pizzas. None were cut all the way through. One look like it was dropped. Called to let them know, they kept me on hold. Manager had an attitude when reviewing order. Sent out replacement pizzas but it was sent via DoorDash and I was told I had to pay for them. New pizzas looked the same. Horrible service.
