The food was cold, and the breadstick I was given felt old. We only live 10 mins away from the location, so the pizza still should be warm. By the time we got we were eating cold pizza.Breadstick felt it just came out of the refrigerator cold.

Just because your app says it’s ready doesn’t mean it’s actually ready apparently which is stupid. This has happened multiple times. Either fix y’all’s app or get it together.

They got my order wrong and gave me two cinnamon items one sticks and the other rolls. It should have been one order of breadsticks and cinnamon rolls!plus delivery took almost an hour way too long dominos would have been faster but they weren't delivering at the moment I ordered unfortunately:(

❌❌❌❌❌ Pizza and wings were OLD and COLD after an app ordered pickup on 10/14/23. Didn’t realize till home since the young man put it directly in the car. Called to inform and request a refund. The young woman on phone relayed that the manager Kenneth said it would be done, could take 3 days. It was NOT done.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Called the store on 10/18/23 to find out about the refund. Spoke to Chad the new manager. He asked about my experience, wanted to know what happened. I explained. He started the full refund process and added an in-store credit in the same amount.I had zero plans of going back but he’s made it possible to give them another chance. We’ll see what happens. Will update after.

This is the worst experience I ever had in my life, I place a order at 6:30pm and we call this store at 8:48pm and they didn’t know where my pizza was! Absolutely terrible management!

Pizza was 30 minutes late! I paid over the phone and the driver showed up claiming I needed to pay again,that they didn't enter the card right! If you want good pizza, I suggest anywhere but here!
