Used to be the go to spot for the family and I for morning takeout. Unless you're dining in, your to go orders have a high chance of being forgotten and/or be last in line to be taken care of. It's one thing for it to be a holiday, it's another to have 4 whole groups of diners come in, eat, chill and pay to leave before you get your to go order. Not worth the time anymore.

I visited this waffle house for to pick up an online order and stood there for about 2 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged by the 5 people working. Meanwhile another customer walked in and was immediately greeted. When one of the older ladies finally asked if I had the online order. I received a poorly cooked, unseasoned steak and eggs. the hashbrowns I ordered were with jalapenos but maybe they had difficulty counting because there was only 1. I probably would never eat here again. Terrible service & terrible food

Lastnight I came in and I was greeted by the sweetest lady and nicest cook. I had a really ruff night and when I walked in they were so welcoming and I just wanted to brag on them and say thank you again to them for there awesome smiles. I ordered a chocolate chip waffle.

I just left this waffle House they ripped me off Keith, the manager charged me double for everything they charge me for food I did not have if you eat here Pay close attention to your bill The waiter messed up my food Service was terrible I spent $30 for a waffle grits and a cheesesteak sandwich ridiculous

Huge wait times, 1hr+, very slow service. Super busy night and only one cook??? This place needs better management and staffing. Im sure the employees don't appreciate it either. WH has really gone downhill in the last 10 years with slow service and extraordinary price increases.
