Erin M. always greets me with the biggest smile and warmest hello even when I’m not the person that she’s serving! She and the staff make me feel so welcomed on an almost daily basis! I come up here about 4-8 times a month, the German chocolate is my favorite! All of the staff is so friendly, but Kinzie ALWAYS has a big smile and positive energy, it never fails! No I didn't know her before hand, and no I don't know her personally outside from 7 brew, so I'm not just saying that because I know her lol

I love 7 brew! better than Starbucks or dunkin or anywhere else in my opinion. staff is always so nice and I love how if I wanna get a drink at night I can get it for only like $3. it’s so worth it. I love the iced blondie with caramel drizzle. or a blondie chiller with toasted marshmallow and caramel. either way definitely worth the money!

I used to rave about this 7 brew. I've recommended and put several people but since then I feel like the quality has deteriorated since. I'm not sure if it's due to the new hires or higher demands but with the exception of a few workers, most of the newer employees have an attitude and seem to not care if they mess up an order. I've asked for the same drink 3 times, and they manage to mess it up even after I brought it to their attention. There use to be faster service even when the line is wrapping around. There were 2 other cars today and we waiting 25 mins for 3 simple drinks. Others were getting theirs and leaving after coming later. It just seems unorganized and messy now and I'm really disappointed. When you frequent somewhere 3-4 times a week an occasional mess up is understandable but when it starts getting worse after every visit.. it's unfortunate. (I asked for a matcha latte with chai, a matcha latte. with. Chai added. 3 separate times and got this) anyway, shout out too the other employees who are sweet and have made my day on multiple occasions.
