Went thru the line about 30 minutes ago and was greeted by this young lady who was extremely rude and tried to rush me through my order. I’ve never had a bad experience that this location until today. I believe her name was Gaby or something similar, I overheard another worker call her that so I’m only to assume that’s her name but she was tall. Management definitely needs to be involved, an attitude comparable to one she has is out of pocket and unacceptable especially considering this is where customers spend their money. If I see her moving forward i will be asking for management or a higher up to discuss this nasty behavior and so they can pin point exactly whom it was.

The drinks are always good and fast. Me and my family enjoy going and trying any and all thier seasonal flavors and they enjoy mixing and matching different flavors to make something thier own. Drink sizes are slightly larger then what you would get at the big green place and taste better. Staff is always friendly and fast.

I always enjoy coming early mornings before work because the staff is always so pleasant all while the line is being taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. Just went during the evening (not really much action) and was genuinely shocked with how I was greeted and serviced. There was no one behind me, why am I being rushed and getting scoffs/eye rolls when I’m trying to think of what I want on the spot? I get there are religious coffee drinkers out there who have their orders down to a T, I am not that person. Needless to say I should stick to my mornings haha. Anyway always love the coffee and refresher.

Lots of coffees, teas, smoothies, even energy drinks. Lines can be long, but servers are very quick and efficient, so there is rarely a long wait.
This is a drive through only cafe.

My new favorite place for coffee! We were close by and needed a break from Black Friday shopping, so we gave it a try. We hit at a good time- no real line. The young lady was patient as we asked questions during ordering. Drinks were ready when we pulled up, no wait time. We had a smooth 7 and a blue pom- both worth the price! Excellent experience- We defiantly will be going back!
Best 7 Brew in Augusta. Friendly staff, order is never wrong. This is the one to visit.
