I used to love there coffee but I want a large with lite ice filling up my cup. I want a large coffee. Guess what you do not get a full cup unless they fill it up with ice. Rip off I will not be visiting them paying 9 dollars with tip just so they can short me on the coffee. Go somewhere else.

The customer service at this location is always on point! I came through this morning for my LG Sugar-free sweet and salty. The young lady at the register was very cheerful and kind. I drive all the way from Harlem for my brew!

As an unbiased observer reading the reviews, it’s clear that Ronda Holloway is completely out of line. The worker’s comment was neither malicious nor “evil”; it was a factual reaction to nearly being hit. Attempting to twist that into some personal attack is unreasonable and unfair. It’s also inappropriate for Ronda to weaponize her own tragic experiences in an effort to invalidate someone else’s legitimate concern. The worker had no knowledge of her personal history, nor any obligation to tiptoe around it. The simple truth is that she most likely almost hit the girl — and the girl responded to that reality. Anything beyond that is Ronda projecting her own issues onto an innocent situation. If anything, the irony here is that Ronda is blaming the very person she put at risk.
I’ve been a 7 Brew customer, and have supported every new opening in the Augusta area. I’ve had my bad service at all of them. But the one on Wrightsboro Rd. is the worst for sure. If the crew is not playing around not taking orders, they are spilling drinks on you or your car. Well this morning around 8:30am, I stopped at this location because it was the closest getting off the interstate to get to my location. Which was 2 hours away to be with family because my cousin had gotten hit by a car the night prior and did not make it to see the rise today (this matters because of what the employer said to me). As I know and reading instructions, I went to the shortest lane which only had one car Lane 2. The Caucasian female with long jet black curly/wavy hair says to me when I pull up, “ Girl, you almost hit me” laughs and says I’m kidding. I didn’t engage I just looked at her and drove off. The employee just laughs once again and says “okay, good, bye”. This location needs to be revamped immediately before they cost 7 brew anymore loss. The crew is so “I don’t care about you or this job” which is fine. But you never know what a person is going through when they are trying to start their day off with coffee and all they get from this location is bad service and respect.
