I really do hate to leave such a poor review for what seemed to be such kind, and caring people but the vegan cake is ABYSMAL. I visited GA in the summer, and needed a cake for my son who’s birthday would be during our visit. I ordered and paid over the phone, with my relatives picking up the cake so I can’t at all speak on environment because I’ve never been in the store. Can’t remember the lady’s name who helped me over the phone, but she had great customer service, and really put forth best effort to service my request. I’m not sure if the vegan circuit is that far behind what we have in the north, but Jesus that cake was bad. Was embarrassed because my non vegan relatives think this is what we eat regularly. The texture was dense, and didn’t look fully cooked in the middle. The flavor was bad if you’d ever describe it as flavor at all. I had to apologize to my son, we threw majority of it in the trash, and had a laugh about it. I can’t speak on the egg and milk containing cakes, but unfortunately they have a long way to go to learn about how to make vegan options.

So my husband ordered me a birthday cake which we couldn't get due to storm.They haven't been opened until this week .We where told we could get a refund but now they can't do that because they said they called us.Yet the phones weren't working 🤔 Either way they messed up my sons cake a few months ago and I didn't complain bc I'm sure they are busy.It was a Cory Larson cake they done a cake with no eyes.Now telling us no we can't have a refund or it's our loss due to a hurricane is unacceptable!I'm very dissatisfied with there service yet again!!They got the money upfront so the money should have been return bc we received no cake or a call!!!The pick up date was for Saturday!Picture post of the cake I let just be wrong being considerate bc I assume they were busy .Yet this time no cake at all!!!

This red velvet cake was absolutely delicious!!!! So moist and not overly sweet, just perfect! And the detailing on the cake was far better than the picture I gave them.

Drove from Hephzibah to pick up a pre-ordered birthday cake, and we were too early : before pickup time.However, they are so courteous, and we were able to wait inside, and the cake was finished early. Just delicious!!

We had them make our daughter's 6th birthday cake, which was a little different, because we wanted it made out of brownies! This was my daughter's idea because she's not a fan of actual cake. Our party theme was Hello Kitty playing mini golf. The decorator Tammy made the most perfect design! Everyone was so impressed! To top it all off, the taste was unbeatable! We got so many compliments!On a side note, my mother-in-law is very sensitive to artificial chocolate. It gives her terrible headaches. She said they must have used real cocoa, because she ate some and had no headache whatsoever! We're going to freeze the rest so we can enjoy it as long as possible! Bravo!

Had an amazing experience with this place. Needed to order a cake for my son's birthday who is in Augusta for a school trip. They took my order on a short notice. They made sure it was delivered to the right place on time. The service was above and beyond. And my son said the cake was delicious. Thank you to everybody who helped me!

We ordered our wedding cake from here and it came out amazing! The staff is nice and the cake was on time for the day of. The service was convenient as well. We simply dropped everything off to them and gave them an idea of what we wanted. They exceeded expectations and the cake flavors were amazing.

Love this place! The rest velvet cake slices are good and moist.

This is unacceptable! I found a long hair baked inside my cupcake. Bakers at this place may want to cover hair when preparing and baking goods. Accidents happens, but I will not return.
