Spent 200 on a birthday cake for my Son it was terrible, to sweet and to dry will never purchase another from them…NEVER

Let me start off by saying the presentation was exactly how I expected it to be . Once we cut into that cake and tasted it. It definitely was not worth the price I paid for it. My kids said they liked the Sams/ Publix cake better which would have been a whole lot cheaper too had I gone with that option. So disappointed because I really thought I was gone have a new bakery for birthdays. Wasted time and money on this one 😩

Always great cakes

We’ve been coming here for several years, and it’s still a top favorite spot for cakes and pastries. Everything always tastes fresh, and the quality has been super consistent. The staff is kind and helpful, and they make custom orders easy. They have always been transparent about what their team can and cannot do and I have never made a purchase I have been disappointed in. It’s just one of those places you’re always happy to support!

They are very helpful, friendly, and courteous! The birthday cake I ordered was short notice, and they still did an excellent job. The cake was delicious!

Key lime cupcakes were very good a bit small.
The customer service person filling my order had a problem when I decided to add an item while she was packing the order to the point I told her she could forget it. Felt I was intruding on her day.

A Piece of Cake Bakery on washington Rd, I am so disappointed in you! I contacted you after my honeymoon to inform you of the unsatisfactory service and was told you’d call me back. It’s been 2 days and no response.

1st issue: Jean was on vacation and no one knew how to place a wedding cake order!

2nd issue: The cake was supposed to be delivered a day prior at 1:30, your delivery man came at 11:30 after calling me and saying he was lost, how ! It’s literaly down the street! Not to mention no one had arrived at the venue yet because thats not the time you and i discussed

3rd issue: the cake was very dry!

Jean for the price of these cakes the customer service should be better and so should the quality of the cake! I’ve used you in past and there was also an issue then. I should have known better than to trust you with my special day! I am so disappointed!

Sexy wife deserved a cake. I gave a reference photo and the picture on the cake that showed up. It blew my mind a piece of cake bakery, nailed it a 100%, a 1000% execution

Walked in store smelled like molded carpet🤮, no one greeted me, $ 1 per wedding cake cookie 🤔 & to top ot ALLL off a good ole nasty fly 🤢 in the case of goodies landing on all that is uncovered.... wish I could give a zero. Next stop.... Little Dutch Bakery!!

We used A Piece of Cake Bakery for our wedding cake and I can’t express enough how beautiful and delicious our cake was! We were so worried our order would be canceled due to the devastating aftermath following hurricane Helene. They reassured us that nothing would get in the way of having our cake ready. We truly appreciate your business being so gracious and supportive during that time.

Cupcakes were very dense and dry. & they had a strange taste. Each flavor that I tried. On a positive note, the ladies there were very sweet and seemed nice.

Cakes are delicious! Their turnaround time is not good, I requested my order a week in advance and they still couldn't have it ready for me before the end of the day.
