“Derrick†was being rude to start out even before I got to the front. Once I got up there he gave me the wrong and incomplete order and was confused what I order when he had it electronically written, hand written, and my receipt. After he understood what I actually ordered it was also incomplete and he was trying to say that I only ordered one platter when I ordered two of the same thing. Overall it was bad customer service until the manager had to step in.
