I'm not sure where to start. This is one of my favorite Atlanta restaurants. First of all first impressions are everything. The space is too small and the layout is horrible. When I enter their was a group of staff have a full blown conversation and it wasn't until they finished that they acknowledged me. The music was so loud that you thought you were at a bar instead of a restaurant. It took forever to get food and when I did the eggs were cooked so hard I knew this was not going to be a good experience. To top it off my pancakes and coffee were cold. The whole staff needs to take a road trip and experience one of the other locations. This is not it. You need to start all over with staff and find a new cook asap. This was not a good meal or experience.

Ok where do I start a week ago this Saturday my wife and I decided to try out this restaurant there was lots of people waiting for their turn to be seated. It seemed that the restaurant was having a difficult time managing the crowd and the seating. We finally was seated and I ordered the Classic Breakfast 2 eggs 2 homemade sausage and grits and my wife ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict which she enjoyed. That being said we tried the restaurant again this past Saturday and to our disappointment I ordered the Sam as before and when the sausage came they were not cooked thoroughly and I had to send it back. My wife ordered the Cinnamon Roll French and she was so disappointed in the dish. What ruined it for her is that the Cinnamon Rolls tasted as if they were days old due to they tasted stale and hard. By the time the sausage came back I had finished my breakfast and was ready to pay the bill. My advise to the cooks is take pride in the meals you prepare and make sure you are using fresh ingredients particularly because you are a new business in the area and your first year is a make or break it time and you are moving backwards. My wife vowed to never come again because she felt it was a waste of $45. But I believe I can get to try once more. Another Broken Egg Restaurant is a great idea and I know there are other franchises, but get it together guys. And I hope our next experience will be more enjoyable. Thanks for listening...

We're so excited for the new opening of the cafe and decided to try out. Waiting time is something to improve. We got in the waitlist with over an hour wait, then when we checked in it was another 25 minutes and about 35 minutes for a mocktail then another 15 minutes for food to be served. We first ordered a shrimp & grits and a hash brown Benedict but after 15-20 minutes it was told that they were out of hash brown so had to reorder crab cake benedict instead. Really the kitchen should have checked and told ahead that hash brown was out instead of letting us wait for a while before letting us know. Next is about the drink. We ordered a pineapple strawberry mocktail but after a really long wait, the drink doesn't even have strawberry puree in it, despite it's like 1 of the 2 important things in the drink, not to mention the bar didn't even garnish with mint like how the menu said. The server was pretty nice to explain that the bar was out of pineapple juice and strawberry puree. Again, the bar should have checked and told ahead instead of keep having it in the menu for people to order. Then after the wait, we had our food served. My husband had the shrimp & grits which he said was pretty delicious. My crab cake benedict wasn't so well. Everything else was pretty ok except for the poached eggs. I wanted it easy, runny inside but they were like hard boiled egg tbh. Really, eggs should be one of the easiest things in the menu to make. Also, my eggs even have big piece of egg shell in there. We told the server and he was very sorry for that and tried to help out. So after a very bad experience, what we couldn't stand is how the manager (the guy wearing red t-shirt) handled the situation. We knew he knew about the incidence with the drink so what he should have done is to check in with us at least and also after I found out egg shell in the food he should have done something but he was just ignored. He checked other tables once in a while but not us. Seems like he just didn't want to get in trouble so just let the server deal with it. My husband had to eventually come straight to him and talk, only then that he started to apologize, though not seem to be very sincere, and agreed to take off the drink and benedict from our bill. Overall, the only good thing here is our server, Darquaevein J, that's why I gave 2-star rating instead of 1. Everything else is disappointed. Price is high relative to food taste and amount of food. I'd rather go to First Watch, which have much better customer service and more delicious food; waiting time is long but things move quick and they know how to run the business.

Awesome breakfast and great service. The food.is.amIng and the ambiance reminds me of a small diner off street road in the Philly area.

I signed up for their waitlist an hour before I got there, and once there I waited another hour, and after ordering it took almost another hour for the food to come. When the food came it wasn't even hot or warm, it was like room temperature which was weird because if I'm waiting for that long i expected they just made the food fresh. And we ordered a appetizer of their beignets which were promised to come out before the entrees but ended up coming out about the same time as the food. Besides the wait time, the Apple fritter French toast I got was ok, the flavor was good and I loved the sauce they put on it. It seemed a better option than the ones my friends got which was an omelette which was mostly egg and had very little toppings in it, and I ordered two poached eggs medium and they gave me one well cooked egg that was basically a hard boiled egg. The beignets also seemed overfried and kind of dry. I'm glad the location is convenient and next to the Kroger, and our server was very nice but I may not come back here again unless the food or wait time is improved.

On a colder day in March, we ventured over to Another Broken Cafe for a weekday breakfast. There was a wait but we decided to sit outside due to the open availability on the patio. We enjoyed the coffee that was served in nice deep mugs that feel. I've in your hands. We indulged in the wonderful omelet that we customized to our liking. We neglected to give it a four star review due to service. It was a little difficult to get the attention of the waiter at times, however, we were able to have good conversation and discuss work obligations without disturbance. If I were wanting a more involved experience, or my coffee refilled, it was not a good day for the waiter. Overall, we will return and it was a great experience.

Me and my Husband have been here now three times. Each time it has been egg-ceptional! The sweet hostess is always so kind. Me having a seed oil allergy, they have also been accommodating and cooking my food in butter only. Fresh ingredients, along with sweet service.

We were so excited to get"Another Broken Egg Cafe." Only been open for about three weeks. The food was horrible. The food was ice cold both times, and the hollandaise sauce and grits were so thick it was inedible. We left with the majority of our food still on our plates. Good thing we got full-on drinks. Very disappointing ?
